Very quiet and beautiful views.
Great private, clean and roomy.
Wonderful escape. If you want to get away and be in beautiful desert country this is your place. Everything was great and the views and sunsets are amazing. The hiking near by is magical and enchanting and if you want to hit the road. The house is centrally located and a peaceful beautiful drive to Guadalupe National Park, Carlsbad Caverns, and White Sands National Monument. Also, not to far to plenty of great restaurants in El Paso and great supermarkets. This is the place for those who want to get a way from the busy city and immerse themselves in the desert. Andrew is a wonderful host, and is there for you if you need him but also will totally let you be if you don't. Just absolutely wonderful. My stay was fantastic and I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Wonderful Escape!!!
Five stars across the board! It doesn’t get better. Can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you!
Great place to stay!
Very lovely and cozy home! Enjoyed our stay at the climbers dream house! In a secluded and peaceful area, but yet not too far from town! I would recommend this place to future visiors! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Oliver!
Comfortable Place Near Hueco Tanks
This place is far from anything except Hueco Tanks. Apparently it is also far from a good internet source, since the internet was slow one night and very slow the next night. But it was very quiet and comfortable, which is what I was looking for. A good place to get away.
It really is the Climber's Dream House
We had 4 people plus a large dog stay in early May so that we could be close to Hueco Tanks and climb. This house is basically inside of the park. They had filtered water, coffee, a full kitchen with pots/pans, herbs and spices, and basically all household supplies that you need (except food of course). It's very peaceful out here. There's also a mountain gear shop down the road where a man named Lowell runs. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the park and is a worth visiting if you want to know the history climbing at a personal level. I'm definitely planning on coming back! I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Located in the starkly beautiful Hueco Valley just minutes from some of the best bouldering in the United States. We are located less than a mile from the park gate on paved roads.
