The dining room table padded leather & wood chairs seat 6, the breakfast island counter leather & wood bar stools seat 2 more, & there are 2 additional chairs for meals. There are multiple place setting options including gold chargers & trays, linen & everyday placemats & napkins, napkin rings & table cloths in a variety of attractive colors & patterns.
The full size kitchen is spacious & fully furnished with all new appliances including an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & built-in microwave, double sets of everyday dishes, silverware & stemware, & crystal stemware & Lenox china for special events. It is well-equipped w/ all sizes of pots & pans, mixing bowls, cutlery, baking supplies & extensive cooking utensils w/ most everything chefs & sous chefs need to prepare the perfect meal. Also, provided are a coffee maker & bean grinder, electric teapot, 4-slice toaster, juicer, blender, crockpot, rice cooker, etc.
The Master & 2nd Bedrooms both have new high-end comfortable queen-size pillow top beds & are both decorated w/ antique chests of drawers & gold accent decor. All 3 bedrooms have great closet space for your belongings w/ a large “her” closet & “his” closet in the Master Bedroom & are decorated w/ luxurious bed sets.
The 3rd bedroom has a new double size high-end bed with luxurious linens and also has a new queen-size Wenzel Supreme Comfort bed/seat height fully automatic self-inflating & deflating air mattress with luxurious linens and a full comforter set. This bed is far more enjoyable to sleep on and replaces the uncomfortable sofa beds typically offered in VRBOs for sleeping 2 more people. With 2 Guests in each bedroom and an additional 2 Guests in the Queen Air Mattress bed, this vacation rental home can comfortably sleep 8 Guests saving the costs of renting 4 hotel rooms and keeping everyone together for a shared vacation! The 3rd bedroom is well-stocked with a library of 100 DVDs, 50 CDs, hardback books, & there is an extensive filing system of brochures, maps & visitor information all about Eugene & the surrounding areas for your reference in the top file drawer. Set your computer up anywhere in the home to connect securely to work & back home at your leisure.
Relish in the large and open space in the Master Bathroom which has double sinks and plenty of cabinetry. Both bathrooms are elegantly decorated & well-appointed with plenty of room to hold your toiletries in the cabinetry while you enjoy the shower/tub combos in both. Pamper yourself with the multitude of luxurious towels in all sizes & bath mats for your comfort & pleasure. Luxurious high grade 450-700 thread count linens & soft flannel sheets, as well as cozy & soft blankets, & complete comforter sets are provided for all of your sleeping pleasure.
This home has many things for children including a PaknPlay crib/playpen, high chair, children’s play mats, books, puzzles, toys & DVDs, plastic dishes, etc. for the little ones. There is also a washable soft & cozy full sofa slip cover for children to use on the sofa.
A full size washer & dryer await you in the indoor laundry room, so you can pack less, just wash & go!
Enjoy the large front yard while sitting at a bistro set on the porch watching the world go by, or you may prefer to catch some sunshine on the outdoor furniture, or on the wood bench in the fully fenced back yard while smelling the planted mint, or have a fun BBQ with friends & family while grilling your favorite meal on the Weber gas BBQ with plenty of chairs & end tables. The backyard photos are former ones since we had to remove a blackberry invasion along the perimeter planting area in the backyard.
The two car attached finished garage with a garage door opener has space for your vehicle & plenty of room to store all of your things. The driveway has additional vehicle space for 2 more cars & there is plenty of on-street parking. There is no congestion/difficulty finding parking in this well-maintained & desirable subdivision.
You will find toys & games inside, & plenty of toys, footballs, Frisbees, large squirt guns, water & ice coolers, picnic basket, blanket, & outdoor lawn chairs in the garage for your outdoor use.

This property is located in Eugene in a lovely subdivision of newer homes that are both single and two story homes.
This home is a single level home with a great open floorplan for entertaining. The neightborhood is side walked with wide streets and is very well-maintained by primarily all homeowners who live in the subdivision.
This is a great central area to be able to see and do everything in Eugene as well as activities outside of Eugene.

This home is decorated in a way that both individuals who enjoy modern decor and individuals who enjoy more traditional bed and breakfast decor are both satisfied. The home is also very well centrally located to the University of Oregon, the Eugene Airport for late arrivals & early departures, to the highways & freeways, to the coast and to both downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon.

This house was just perfect for us. My husband and I took my dear 93 year old blind mama to Eugene for 10 days to visit with her grandkids and great grandkids. This single-story house, with no interior steps and wood laminate floors, was just what mom needed with her wheelchair. The owners are very careful to not have renters who are smokers or bring their pets so this house smells fresh and clean. (And my mom has a nose like a beagle so would have detected either smell!)
The layout of the house allows a person in the living room to see and talk to somebody in the dining room or kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 8. The kitchen has every possible thing in it that you would ever need and it all looks new. It is better stocked than my own! I brought 2 pizza pans from home but there were already 2 there! And I brought my mini-cupcake pan from home but there was already one there! The top-quality "OXO" brand can opener was a mystery to me so I had to find a You Tube video to see how to use it. The hubby said he really liked how comfy the living room couch was. It was fantastic to use a new washer and dryer set that I like better than my own! The barbeque in the back yard worked perfectly and had a full tank of propane. The back yard is a good size for little kids to run around in. The kids who visited enjoyed playing with the inside toys from the closet and the outside toys stored in bins in the garage. Everything is super organized and very clean.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood that is conveniently close to a wide variety of shopping. I especially enjoyed two lengthy "me time" shopping trips at the nearby large Winco grocery store. The prices there are very good and they have every thing you would possibly need. I even found frozen edamame (without the shells) in the frozen veggie section and I can't find that at my home Safeway store.
The owners of this house are a joy to communicate with and I give them and their house a 5-star rating!
My daughter and her bridal party stayed at this beauiful home. They had a wonderful time.
Home was PERFECT...clean, safe neighborhood, well stocked with all the comforts of home. Any information or question I had were professionally and quickly answered. Our family was in town from the east coast to watch the Olympic Trials. We also went to Crader Lake and the coast. Driving time was just an hour or two. The Hayward Field was just 10-15 minutes from the home. Our stay was 11 days and with 6 adults in the home it offered a more relaxing accommodations then a hotel could offer us. Looking forward to booking my next trip to Eugene and staying at this home when we return in 2016 for the next Trials.
Spent 5 nights over Thanksgiving at this property. We were very pleased with the property. The photos accurately reflect the house. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The heat was off and the house was quite cold, but warmed up within minutes of turning the heat on. The 3rd bedroom is off the entry hall and close to the kitchen and dining area, but has nice double french doors with curtains for privacy. There is a blow-up bed (easy blow up and take down) in the room that worked quite well. Beds and bathrooms very clean with lots of towels and extra blankets provided. The kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking utensils and it made thanksgiving dinner a breeze -we bought some things pre-made and cooked others. There were a few spices and oil and vinegar, but for the most part, you must bring your own food staples. The contract states you must bring all your own "consumables", but toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap were provided. The house is easy to navigate with written instructions provided throughout the house. Attached garage with automatic door opener was great for unloading away from the rain. The house is about 15 minutes from downtown/campus area, but is an easy drive. An Albertson's is ~4-5 minute drive away. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable and accommodating. If you don't mind being away from the downtown, this is a great house and we would absolutely stay here again. Great house for great price!
We were so pleased with this home and would recommend it to anyone! It was very, very clean and had been decorated beautifully. The beds and linens were of very high quality. The kitchen was filled with all the necessary appliances both large and small. Our grandchildren loved all the toys and games and books. They especially loved the wonderful park that is only a few blocks away! I was so happy to have a supermarket nearby and lots and lots of hangers in the closets! So we will consider this house the next time we are visiting Eugene.

The famous Eugene Bike Paths can be accessed within 2 blocks from this property, the bus stop is only 3-4 short blocks away from the house, the property is a short driving distance to the center of downtown, to the University of Oregon, to the Eugene Airport for late arrivals and for early departures. The property has plenty of parking with 2 spaces in the enclosed double attached garage, 2 more spaces to park on the driveway and plenty of on-street parking in front and across from the house for gatherinigs with friends and family unlike congested areas right downtown or right next to the University of Oregon often experience so our Guests do not lose any time searching for parking, & the property is centrally located just minutes away from the Belt Line access way taking you to I-5, just minutes away from Wallmart, Target, grocery stores, and only minutes away from numerous & extensive dining out options, the property is also just minutes away from Highway 99, 7th St. & 11th St., which are the main arteries into Downtown and to the University of Oregon. There are numerous golf courses, tennis courts, parks and other fun activities to choose from all within minutes from this property.
