One of the two large, half-floor, 3-bedroom apartments located on the 7th floor of a quiet building in the neighborhood of Condado, the heart of San Juan, with stunning beach views and a balcony facing the ocean.
The private apartment is located across the street from the beach (one block), right on Ashford Avenue, one of the most important avenues in the city. This apartment is in the middle of all the action, food and the best beaches that San Juan has to offer. You'll have access to all the best restaurants--local and international--casinos, bars and beaches all right outside the building's front door.
The spacious apartment is fully stocked and functional--with high-speed wifi internet, a 50-inch TV complete with cable and Roku (Netflix, Hulu Plus, Pandora,) and a fully stocked, large kitchen (forks, knives, plates, cups, pots and pans, spices for cooking, etc.).
The location is the perfect blend of island beach getaway and city convenience. Ashford Ave is home to upscale bushiness, such as Luis Vuitton, Coach and Salvatore Ferragamo, just as much as it's home to local hangouts, such as The Place, Small Bar and Stop and Go. You’re one quick block away from a Walgreen's and one quick block away from the calming sound of waves brushing up against the sand. You can’t beat it.
The building is located right in front of a taxi stop and across the street from a bus stop, so you'll always have easy access to transportation to anywhere in the city. Though, you'll really only need that when visiting places like Old San Juan, the Convention Center, and cruise ship piers, because the apartment is within walking distance to anything you'll need (such as a supermarket, convince store, restaurants, churches, casinos, and bars, beaches, and water sports).
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen with a breakfast area, a dinning room area, a very comfortable living room area with a queen-size sofa bed and a big balcony with seating. The building is elevator equipped.
The apartment has Wifi, air conditioning, a 50-inch TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu Plus and a DVD player, good books, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and black-out curtains.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large window where you can see the ocean and the avenue, and everything else that makes it a normal room. The second room has a full sized bed and a window where you can see the ocean, and the third room has a bunk bed with a pull out trundle for an independent twin bed.
The master bathroom has spectacular views of the ocean, and everything else that makes it a normal bathroom. It was recently remodeled to make it a brighter room. It has a shower and a bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower and everything else that makes it a normal bathroom. Bath towels are included.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a microwave, an oven with a stovetop, a Britta water filtration system, a toaster, a coffee maker and a coffee grinder—coffee included. Cups, plates, forks, knives, and spoons are also supplied. The pantry is stocked with basic cooking necessities like olive and vegetable oil, spices, flour, lots of raw pasta, and cereal. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen that faces South.
The living room has a dinning table that seats six, two plush couches, and a desk. There is a 50-inch TV with cable, a DVD Player and a Roku to watch Netflix and Hulhu Plus and a bookshelf with a bunch of good books and DVD's. One of the couches pulls out to a queen-sized bed.
There are a couple of chairs and a small table on the balcony to watch the sunset and relax with a cold drink after a long day at the beach.
You'll find boutiques, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, casinos and music venues in the neighborhood. Five blocks away is the Placita de Santurce, where locals like to hang out, and near by to that is the largest art museum in San Juan.
It's nice to walk up and down the avenue, check out the beaches, have a coffee or lunch at a cafe, and catch a jazz band in the evening.
Taxis from the airport to the apartment. Public transportation out of the airport is possible but difficult, and impossible after 9 p.m.

Waking up to a beautiful, deep blue sky and clear blue waters has no price! It's only an added bonus that the apartment is in a super central, safe, and convenient location.
5 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the rainforest, and right across the street from the beach, and in a beautiful apartment-- it doesn't get much better than this.
Our stay was great! The apartment was close too many places which made the stay more pleasant. Sebastian was awesome and very attentive. His daily follow ups were much appreciated.
The 3 air conditioners kept the apartment cool with the exception of the kitchen area.
There were no window coverings in that area
so the light & heat came in.

in a timely manner & fixed the minor issue.

My family of 7 adults stayed at Sebastian lovely 7th floor condo from April 19th - April 26th and we were very impressed. Upon arrival, Sebastian was there to greet me and my family at the door with a warm welcome. He gave us a tour of our three bedrooms and two full bathrooms unit, and showed us where all the key amenities were within it. He even stayed a few minutes and told us where we could go for some delicious eats and tasty drinks. We were very pleased to see so many hot spots right on the same street from the condo. The hot spots included The Place, Oceano, Tijuana’s , Video Game Bar, Starbucks and many more therefore; there was never a dull moment for me and my family. To top it all off, the beach was only one block from the condo and this was great. We surly highly recommend this unit for those who want to experience the heart of San Juan and make a memorable vacation.

Sebastian is a great host. He is extremely accommodating and informative. Ask for anything and he will do his best to help out. He's easy to reach and responds in a timely manner. The apartment is very big. Each bedroom provides plenty of privacy and are completely separate from the others. The apt has all the basic supplies you need. If it didn't (hair dryer & extra beach towels) Sebastian made sure to bring these items over. The tenants in the building are also very nice. It is very close to the beach and some great restaurants. If you want a place that feels like home while still in the mix of the Condado action- this is it!
Sebastian was wonderful! Very accessible, responsive, and helpful. The apartment was perfect for the 6 of us. It's spacious, clean, close walking distance to the gorgeous beach, a grocery store, pharmacy, and casino. When you walk in, you're greeted with a view of the beautiful beach. And the beach is the best I've ever been to. I haven't gone in the ocean for nearly 30 years until our stay (because of Jaws -- yes, really! :) ). But this water is crystal clear! You can walk out 25 feet and be only waist deep. Stunning, really. I would definitely stay there again, and I recommend it highly. Also, the washer/dryer is a great convenience.
This apartment is perfectly located to restaurants and beaches. Everything we needed was within blocks of us. Sebastian is very nice and helpful. Thanks for helping make our stay in San Juan so great.
