About Victor C. Carlsen

We are retired school teachers and spend the winter months in Hilton Head (Jan. - April) Condo has been recently updated and is quite charming. The location is ideal - right on the beach and only a 2 minute walk on the beach to the beautiful Westin Resort.

We are located mid-island, close to most amenities. Numerous other restaurants are nearby as well as a library, movie theater and several grocery stores. Savannah is only a 45 minute drive away and Charleston is 1 1/2 hours away.

DEPOSIT CAN BE MAILED TO 46 BRENTWOOD LANE, FAIRPORT, NY 14450 Please include check of 10% of the total rental price - i.e. if rate is $1200.00 add for $120.00 to the total plus $75.00 departure cleaning fee. The total for one weeks rental for the summer season would be $1395 which is about $400 less than the rental company charges.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
