If you can justify spending a little bit more for a premium unit, in a great location, Cordoba 105 has the benefits of being a Phase II Ocean Front 1140 sq ft unit, with the convenience and comfort of a 1st floor location facing the Old Port, and a shaded patio in the afternoon.

What makes this condo unique

● The Las Palomas Resort complex consists of two Phases and over 800 individually owned condominiums, with a variety of different floor plans, finishes, and decorations.

● Both Phases have a number of different pools, including a lazy river and swim up bar & grille. Phase I features a water slide, the fitness center , convenience store, and La Maria restaurant, which is open for dinner only. Phase II features a Kid's Club, Five Senses Spa, the sales desk, convention center, and the main lobby restaurant, Citron, which is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as a wonderful Sunday Brunch. Owners and guests have access to all of the amenities in both Phases, regardless which Phase they stay in.

● In choosing a 1 bedroom condominium, there are several options to consider, with a variation in rates, based on size and location. In Phase I, there are two floor plans, 900 sq ft, or 740 sq ft (Rubi Building only). In Phase II, the units are 1140 sq ft, with higher ceilings and more modern contemporary finishes. Memorial Day Weekend stay

My wife and I took an extended weekend to Puerto Penasco and stayed in this one bedroom fist floor condo. It was nicely appointed, kitchen well stocked with all the utensils and equipment needed, and very nicely decorated. Being on the ground floor with a large patio made it nice for morning breakfast and late night relaxation while looking at the pool and the ocean. Was really convenient too for trips back and forth to the beach. Only minor complaints - mattress was a little soft for our liking and the bedroom was right outside the first floor elevator area where drunken load mouths were passing thru late at night. All in all, a great condo and an outstanding get away!

Great stay! Super comfy bed!

We come to Las Palomas yearly and we always book ground floor units. This was an excellent unit! It's upgraded and has the perfect location for families. My kids were very content on the sleeper couch and the King bed was very cozy. We could eat on the patio and watch them swim in the Jacuzzi. We are sad that Las Palomas has closed the Kids Club permanently. That was a huge benefit our kids loved and so did we. Overall, a great stay!

Great condo, in a great resort.

This was our anniversary weekend and it rained all day Saturday. Not a problem, as we enjoyed the ground floor, beach front unit with a terrific view of the pool, beach and beyond to the port and the town at the point. the rain did not deter the people that hardily enjoyed the massive hot tub well into the evening. We walked the beach on Sunday and had a great dinner meal at the Lighthouse for the sunset. This is our 3rd trip to Los Palomas, that has the best security and amenities in the area. This is a well appointed condo, that has everything needed and compares to a well cared for home. It has all the IT hookups, Wifi and Direct TV as well. The owner is and should be very proud. We will return.

You can't go wrong in this unit.

Perfect condo getaway for a couple or small family. Private patio is only steps away from the beach. Very clean and nicely furnished unit. Definitely will be coming back to this unit next year.
