We — Keith and Kendra Kelley — are proud residents of Spokane, Washington, and we take pleasure in restoring older properties. We recognize Spokane is highly unique for its rich history and culture, and we endeavor to help polish and reveal this uniqueness for others to enjoy. We are residents of Spokane’s West Central neighborhood, the largest historic district in the United States!
In addition to our interest in land development, both of us feel privileged to work with other community leaders to affect positive social change. Together, we serve on multiple boards around the community, serving organizations that foster youth development, cultivate opportunities for fair and affordable housing, and promote economic development through small business support.
To us, Vintage Rentals LLC is more than just a business: it is an opportunity for us to share what we love about Spokane with others. We also view our enterprise as an opportunity to create retreat space for those who actively serve our community and a resource we can offer for non-profit fundraising efforts.
We are so grateful to have you as our guests, and we delight in sharing our love of this great region with you!
Kendra Kelley purchased this bungalow in 2012
There is no better place to live and to recreate than the beautiful Inland Northwest. Spokane's motto, 'Near nature; Near Perfect' captures the essence of our region's beauty, and yet the abundance of natural attractions are also supplemented by vivacious city living. We've got it all. :)
You will find no other property like this one. From the antiques and artwork, to the sculpted landscaping and secret garden, this meticulously finished Spanish-style home will capture your heart just as it did ours. We look forward to sharing this treasure with you!
If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in spokane, you've found it! Every detail put into this home is so thoughtful and unique inside and out . The gardens are perfectly manicured and the lovely fountain is very relaxing. So many things to discover and explore. The home is situated on a corner in a nice and quiet neighborhood just minutes to the riverfront park and downtown areas. It was our first time in Spokane and Lillies made our trip one we will never forget. Thank you so much for sharing this hidden gem with us!
We really enjoyed staying at Lillie's. The location was awesome. We had several day trips planned and at the end of the day it was nice "coming home." Loved that the house was centrally located for us. It was clean and easy to find the things we needed. I would recommended this house to any family who wants the comfort of home but the feel of getting away.
We were four senior citizens who had never rented a vacation home. We were pleasantly surprised about how easy it was. We were in town for a wedding and stayed three days. The furnishing and decor are lovely, for the most part. The second bedroom is not too good for senior citizens and if you like to read in bed, you can't. The only light in the room is an older overhead (but beautiful) light fixture. The second bedroom doesn't have a rod in the closet for hanging clothes. It is a quiet neighborhood, but a gas station and grocery store aren't too far away. We have told our family and friends about the house and how to check it out, if they were ever interested. With our GPS, this was very easy to find. We aren't big breakfast eaters, so it was nice to be able to stay in for breakfast, which we wouldn't have done at a motel. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes etc and a very large refrigerator. There is a workout room in the basement, as well as a washer and dryer. We didn't use them, but certainly could have.
We loved staying at this house! What a treat to stay in a unique house surrounded by incredible antiques, landscaping and garden! We spent hours in the garden under the gazebo talking and just taking in the beautiful plants and birds that kept coming into the property to drink from the magnificent fountain in the yard! Anything we needed we just asked the owner and she replied immediately! The house was very clean and well kept. We had a chance to meet the gardener and she was wonderful! We grow lots of plants at our house so it was nice to meet her and talk!
We use to live in Spokane and found this house very close to downtown so it was easy to run downtown to see Riverfront park and shop! I love the bridges in Spokane! The Monroe street bridge & the Spokane river are magnificent! Don't miss Boo Radley's downtown if you love funny/sarcastic cards, books, T-shirts etc. or Auntie's book shop! These are two of our favourite shops! The downtown shops are connected by Sky walks to walk to various buildings and shops downtown to stay out of the heat or cold- so unique!
Since our family lives in Greenbluff, it was easy to use Maple Street to drive North to head out to the country and avoid traffic on Division! We love Harvest House on Greenbluff with all their fresh produce & gifts! ! If you like the farmland -Check out Greenbluff and their website for lots of family activities! We also enjoyed the Duncan Gardens, the Rose Garden and the Japanese gardens on the south hill at Manito Park! Great to see these again! We were excited to have Huckleberry Ice cream at the little cafe in the Park! Huckleberry season is big in Spokane and only lasts a short while so we were thrilled to be there at the right time!
With easy access to the freeway, we headed to Liberty Lake and swam the day away! Washington has tons of lakes to swim for free and if you love to swim, Spokane is the spot! There is Hauser Lake, Newman lake, Deer lake, Medical lake, Loon Lake, Coeur D' Alene lake and the Ponderay lake if you head to Sandpoint Idaho. More lakes than I can name and they are Free!
I have a special diet so it's great to rent a house and cook on vacation and still keep to my diet. We did eat at Otis Grill in Otis Orchards for breakfast before heading out to Liberty Lake! A great little restaurant!
We look forward to renting this house again! We love Spokane and this house was the perfect for vacation!
We arrived late and even though there were no lights on it was super easy check in. Kendra was really nice and accommodating especially since we were so last min. The house was fun and the kids still ask to go to the red house. Gorgeous garden also! Only thing I would recommend are some new blankets (there were a couple holes in the ones in the closet) but the sheets and beds were great quality! Thank you for the memories!
We really enjoyed staying here. There was so much care and thought put into this house, inside and out. It was comfortably warm with quite enough room for our family of 3. Very clean too. We used the air mattress which was very easy to fill and very comfortable but which had to go on the floor. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Very inexpensive for what it is.
Experience the unique charm and spirit of the Inland Northwest. Whether the purpose of your travel is vacation, business, family, or just a special getaway with a loved one, we promise you the highest level of service and comfort.
