This new tiny home in the Smokies sits lakeside with stunning water front views in a private, gated tiny home community. Relax on your front patio deck, explore 15 acres of stunning views and fish in the 1.5 acre lake. Have a fire in your personal firepit right outside your door, or rent a hot tub boat!

The Space:
Embrace the serenity of our thoughtfully curated tiny home, where every detail is designed to enhance your relaxing getaway. The inviting living room, featuring a Smart TV, allows you to unwind, while the queen bedroom offers comfort with its own Smart TV and ample closet space. Additional guests can enjoy the cozy twin bunk beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot to rest. Meal preparation is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a 2-burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven, pour-over coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and dishwasher. Freshen up in the complete bathroom, which includes a shower and an in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience. Step outside onto the outdoor patio deck, furnished with two chairs and a side table, or gather around the cozy firepit area adorned with two Adirondack chairs and tree stumps for seating. For outdoor culinary adventures, a charcoal BBQ awaits. Explore the scenic walking paths and picturesque bridges on the property, or rejuvenate by the serene 1.5-acre fishing pond, perfect for relaxation and leisure activities.

The Community:
Creekside Hideaway is a quiet community of tiny homes on a 15-acre property with walking paths and a walking bridge. Two creeks flow through the land, filling a 1.5-acre fishing pond just for our guests (only fishing, no swimming allowed). You can reach the pond by walking over our bridges; it's not accessible by car. Though you'll have neighbors, each home is placed to give everyone space and privacy. Our roads are gravel so please be advised.

Our community borders the Smoky Mountain National Park, offering lots of hiking trails and exploring opportunities. We're also close to the Bent Creek Golf Course. Also, Downtown Gatlinburg is just a quick 15-minute drive, where you'll find lots of fun activities.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home with one parking space, as well as access to explore the 15 acre property this house resides on, with two creeks, 1.5 acre fishing lake (Catch and release only, no swimming), walking paths, walking bridge, beautiful mountain views. No trailers or RVs allowed.

Hot Tub Boats for Rent- $200 (Available Saturday and select weekdays 6-8pm) Experience a 2-hour wood fired hot tub boat, accommodates 6 guests. Available on a first come first serve basis, so message us to book!

The Neighborhood:
This house is located at Creekside Hideaway, a new tiny home/ cottage community that is gated and private for guests. You will be neighbors with other homes on the property, and the homes are spaced out for your privacy. Creekside Hideaway borders the Smoky Mountain National Park with many trails for hiking and exploring. We also are next door to the Bent Creek Golf Course. We are a short 15 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and many local activities.

Getting Around:
You can drive onto the property (gravel roads) and the speed limit is 10 mph. No steep inclines to drive up. 15 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg, 30 min drive to Pigeon Forge and all their activities.

We have a strict cancellation policy. Please double check your booking dates before confirming your stay.

No pets allowed. We offer a few dog friendly tiny homes on the property for an additional fee. Message us for details! (Additional fees will apply if caught with a pet)

Early check-in is available for an additional $35. This allows you to check in at least two hours early (2:00). You can request it once your reservation is confirmed.

Firewood, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid: We offer these items for sale on the property at our Creekside Shed. Upon arrival, please refer to the House Manual to purchase.

No Trailers allowed! You will be fined a minimum $150 fee if caught bringing a trailer into the property.

We provide some courtesy amenities upon arrival. Any additional amenities will not be restocked during your stay and the guest will need to provide themselves.
