About the property

Townhouse located on Front Beach Rd, on the quiet west of PCB beach in the area known as Laguna Beach. We're 3 miles from the crowds of Pier Park & only minutes from everything else. The beach is across the street, a 2 minute walk down the driveway w/ the beach cart and chairs (we supply) gets you to our quiet uncrowded (NO highrise Condos around) beach!!!

Park at the door to your home away from home.

During Spring Break & Summer ONLY rented Sat-Sat for full weeks.

ALL OTHER TIMES it can be rented for a 3 day minimum rental and we offer the townhouse in several DIFFERENT SIZES.....

It can be rented as a studio apartment (ground floor, 450 sq ft)only OR

A 2 bed/ 2 bath (2nd & 3rd floors, 1500 sq ft) OR

3 bed/ 3 bath ( all 3 floors, 2000 sq ft)

From a common entrance, the ground floor studio apartment comes with its own kitchen, queen bed, sleeper sofa and bath to sleep 2- 4 people. The upper two floors make up the 2 bed/2 bath and are complete with another bigger kitchen, washer/dryer, open living & dining & kitchen area & two balconies, two bedrooms and two baths that sleeps 8. Or you can rent the whole townhouse is just under 2000 sq ft. This is a great set up for extended families with grandparents or guests requiring first floor accommodations, 3 couples can have privacy . The large second floor great room is a common area for all to gather for meals or movies.

The townhouse has everything you need for your stay. All the dishes, pots & pans & small appliances that you would need to eat some meals at home & save money. Linens & towels provided for the bathrooms. A collection of board games and DVDs are available for your use. Secure high speed WiFi throughout the townhouse.

We supply 8 beach chairs, beach cart & sand toys, just a few things you won't have to pack when choosing our townhouse. (Please bring your own BEACH TOWELS)

Deposit of $300 necessary to secure reservation, this becomes a refundable deposit for damages upon check in.

Weekly Saturday -Saturday rentals during Spring Break & Summer Dates ONLY. All other times 3 day minimum to rent. Check in 4pm- Check out by 10am (during high season) : I can work with you on check in & check out depending on if it's rented before or after you.

We DO NOT RENT TO TEEN GROUPS ONLY, there must be 2 PARENTS with TEENS, to sign the contract & be responsible for any damages & be staying in the townhouse FULL TIME during the rental period.

We may rent to smaller groups (8 or LESS ) of College age Adults on a case by case basis. Just call me & we'll talk about it.

We've been married 29+ years & moved around for 20+ years thanks to the US Army. Most summers we spent our vacation at a family condo on PC beach & finally decided to buy a place of our own. We have stocked the house with all the necessities of home. We love our time at the beach & want to make sure our guests thoroughly enjoy their visit too. Why Terri - Owner chose Florida

We like the west end of PCB, a little more quiet & away from the crowded condos. But still only (5 min.) from all the fun of Pier Park. We wanted something more private than a large high rise condo & wanted to park at our door, Only 18 units in our community, keeps it small & uncrowded.

What makes this townhome unique

Lots of room to share w/ family & friends all the benefits of the beach & pool w/ a feel of being at home. Park at the door, NOT across the street in a parking garage. WiFi throughout. Movies & Games for rainy day entertainment. Close to all PCB has to offer and a short drive to #30A attractions & Destin outlets.

I stayed here for 3 months this last winter and enjoyed everything about this townhouse. It is as pictured, very spacious and in a great location. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a long or short stay. Dave and Terri are great people to deal with and do a fine job at keeping their guests happy. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone. The beach is a very short walk away. The pool is just outside the door and ways always clean and well maintained. A great place to stay!!!

Everything was great. So much nicer than staying at a hotel! So relaxing!

Everyone had privacy but a place to be together. We had everything we needed just like we were at home. Kids seemed to be less anxious and enclosed so it made it nicer for all of us!

Perfect condo for a multiple family trip!

This property was beautiful and had such a great location! We were able to just walk across the street to access a very quiet area of the beach. We traveled as a group of three families and the condo was perfect for all of us, it accommodated everyone perfectly and the owners were fantastic about promptly responding to any questions we had. We definitely have our new favorite spot for when we return!

A Great Spot on the West End

Tl;dr: We really enjoyed our stay, were impressed with the condo, and would stay here again.

Our vacation was held over the second week of October. The high temp was between 82 and 85 each day and almost always sunny. The condo was great. We enjoyed being in the building just north of the pool (about forty feet from the front door). The walk to the beach took about five minutes. There are two access points almost immediately across the road. Thomas's is a two minute drive away and there is plenty of shopping about seven-ten minutes in the opposite direction. Another huge benefit was being somewhat removed from the larger resorts. We never had to share beach space with anyone and enjoyed the quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Condo review: The first floor efficiency was perfect. The shower was amazing and the toilet was of the elevated variety (perfect for seniors). The room could sleep 3 comfortably (4 in a pinch) but is clearly designed for 2 max. There was one small closet. As you can see in the pictures, the second floor featured comfortable TV viewing for five and included a few DVDs (as did downstairs). The table seated six with four more easily fitting around the kitchen bar. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need to cook. All of the appliances were very nice and in working order (both floors). You could sleep 2 on the pull out and another on the love seat if necessary. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and a decent sized walk-in closet (with a handful of board games). The master bath was the least desirable, but still fine (the others were just very nice). We did have an issue with the door from the bedroom catching on the floor when opening. Upstairs featured a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The two twin beds were covered with a vinyl sheet in case little ones have accidents. There was another twin with a trundled bed underneath as well. There was a small dividing wall which separated the queen sized bed from the others. The walk-in closet was enormous. The upstairs bathroom had another awesome shower as well. There were quite a few beach toys and amenities provided. Honestly, many of these were in disrepair, but I chalk that up to being at the end of the season. Anything one could possibly need was available at one of the many souvenir shops dotting Front Beach Drive. The communication with the owners was great. The property was cleaned and pretty well maintained.

Worked Out Wonderfully

We were celebrating my son's 14th birthday and were originally scheduled to go to New Smyrna Beach. Hurricane Matthew blew a hole in that plan! I frantically started trying to salvage our vacation prospects and Terri stepped up. She returned calls, let us know the deal, and worked with us to create a win-win. We were very happy with the rental. It was a short walk to the beach, plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out (and all my boys/husband are 6' plus). I liked that the boys were all upstairs and we had our room on the main level. It afforded brother bonding time while letting us have our peace and quiet. We had a great time.

As mentioned, Terri was a breeze to work with and I'd highly recommend the condo as a resource for your beach vacations.

Nearby : One of the local favorites Thomas’s Donuts is two blocks away, they have awesome donuts, breakfast & lunch eats. The Carousel is a unique grocery store / gift shop with a great wine selection about ½ mile down the street.

We are only three miles down the street from Pier Park, with over 200 shops, restaurants, a kids’ amusement park & state of the art 16-plex Theater. Many shops you know like Target,Walmart, Dillards, Old Navy, Cold Water Creek and so many chains & more local specialty shops!!! There are plenty of restaurants a few chains are: Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Outback Steakhouse, Five Guys Burgers, Olive Garden, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Panera Bread, some of the local restaurants are: The Back Porch, Pompano Joe, Hook’d Pier Grill, Cantina Bar & Grill, Dick’s Last Resort and many more. A few of the kid’s rides are from the old Miracle Strip park that many parents remember from their youth here at the beach, other rides & amusements are brand new to the area.

Grocery stores nearby: Walmart,Carousel, Winn Dixie, Publix,Target

Things to do in the area : Frank Brown Park (2 ½ miles) with baseball / softball fields, playgrounds, fishing and picnic areas, and an aquatic center (indoor pool & kid’s water park). Boaters are within two miles of the boat ramp at Lake Powell. City Fishing Pier across from Pier Park (3 miles) A short 3 mile drive to 30A where you’ll find the communities of Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, Seaside & more. We are just minutes to SHIPWRECK ISLAND WATER PARK, GULF WORLD AQUARIUM, Hombre Golf Course/Bay Point Golf Resort, St. Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, carpet golf courses and many water activities such as parasailing and jet ski rentals. The popular Silver Sands Outlet Mall is west on Hwy 98 near Destin about 30 min drive.
