The unit has been completed remodeled, with marble floors throughout and new wood flooring in the bedrooms (no carpet) ,all furniture and fixtures in the apartment are in excellent condition.

1 bedroom has one queen bed with its own full bathroom and a big walking closet, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen bed with full bathroom and walking closet . Living room has one sofa and a 50" flat tv. Kitchen has microwave, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, full refrigerator. Laundry is few steps away outside the unit. Building has free wireless at lobby and we also provide WI-Fi for the unit Umbrella, towels and chairs for the beach are also provided.Your perfect Beach place for your vacations .

The condo is featuring two seasonally heated swimming pools with extensive sundecks, beautifully landscaped, entertainment room available by RSVP, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, complete 24-hour business center with high-speed internet access, stylish, ultra-contemporary lobby, concierge services, valet parking, attended front desk, and 24-hour security.

Girls get away aug 31 to sept 5

I rented this condo for 5 days for girls getaway. The condo itself was nice... dated you can tell they attempted to update but many things not taken care of like a build up of dust on air vents and mold on the culk in the bathroom. It served its purpose for the need. Will I stay here again NNNOOOOOOO WAYYY. The condo complex has 2 list of rules literally... and if you don't comply with the rules you will get fined a 100 fine. Just to be clear I don't mind rules and I get it.. but this was insane. Beautiful pool.. buttttt again huge list of rules.. NO MUSIC FOOD DRINKS KIDS CANNOT JUMP IN AND PLAY AND HAVE A GOOD TIME... horrible. I vacation often very often all over and I have NEVER NEVER.. seen a pool this quiet and empty it is sad because has a lot of potential. Now for the kicker....I WAS NOT TOLD ONCE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY 20 bucks PER 2 ADULTS TO GET A MAGNET KEY THING TO GAIN ACCESS INTO THE BUILDING, POOL AND BEACH... INSANE. IT WAS 5 OF US AND WE WERE TOGETHER THE ENTIRE TIME WE DIDN'T 3 MAGNETS BUT THEY REFUSED SAID IT WAS THE "RULE".. WASTED 40 BUCKS ONLY USED ONE! ANOTHER SURPRISE WAS IN ADDITION TO THE 35 dollars you need to pay for parking for the week you have to leave a 20 deposit to get a parking tag to hang on mirror of car... MORE UNEXPECTED MONEY to ditch out. You do receive this back when you return the tag. We were told just go and register to get bracelets you have to wear the entire stay to have access to pool and gym but was never told about the fee... very misleading!!! Very very sad.. I will be returning back in march with my husband and kids but I will NO WAY EVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Great location, everything was good

We enjoyed our stay. The easy access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for and the pool area was nice. Condo rules don't allow for any adult beverages at the pool which was a bit of a bummer for my husband and I, but at the same time I appreciate that it was a relaxing family-friendly atmosphere and not a constant party. We had a late arrival so we had a bit of hassle the next morning to get all the key fobs and parking things sorted out, but normally that wouldn't be an issue because the very friendly woman who greeted us would have guided us through those things if we hadn't arrived so late in the evening.

We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak to how well outfitted it is for cooking, but it was clean. Having beach towels, chairs and an umbrella was a nice perk, and there are quality loungers/umbrellas available for rent on that stretch of the beach as well. There is a small drying rack on the balcony for wet things and the laundry room was down the hall for freshening up our towels, etc.

We had no real issues with noise from other units. There was a bit of street noise through the windows, but it's along a busy road so there's no way to avoid that in a street-facing unit. There were stand fans in each bedroom that provided white noise which drowned out the street sounds. My only real complaint is that the master bedroom doesn't cool very well. The 2nd bedroom and living room area cooled very well but we were always warm in the master and had to keep the bedroom door open all the time to let in cooler air from the rest of the unit. Also the living room couch is not comfortable at all...for sitting or sleeping or anything at all really. Other than those two things, everything else was quite good. I would recommend this property and I felt it was good value.

Condo in bad shape - renters beware

Overall, my family and I had a great stay in Hallandale Beach, but renter beware - this condo needs serious attention, and the owner/property managers were unwilling to compensate us for some major issues that we encountered during our stay.

But first, the good:

Location, location, location - right on the beach, with two lovely heated pools, a tiki bar and (I was told, though never shown) a gym. Located right on the A1A near Hallandale Beach Blvd. You're close to everything.

Now, the bad:

The condo needs serious attention. If you're travelling with small children as we were, beware.

- The bathtub isn't in working order (we were told there were serious plumbing issues that prevented them from fixing it during our stay)

- The oven wasn't in working order, which was difficult as we had planned on eating more meals in the unit. Again, the problem could not be fixed during our stay.

-A stove top range that didn't fully work

- A range fan that stirred up pungeant curry odours

- Peeling paint, water damage and mildew in the ensuite bathroom.

- Thick dust on the vent covers

- a malfunctioning smoke detector (battery needed replacing?)

- faulty toilets that we're constantly refilling themselves throughout the day. I managed to fix one of them - the plunger chain had been jury rigged with a red ribbon and a clothespin!!?!!

- Paper thin walls and windows. You'll hear your neighbours and nightlife/street noise

-As with many rentals, be prepared to bring cookware and incidentals like toilet paper and tissues

Additionally, there were no proper orientation documents in the unit, prompting me to text the property managers about everything from laundry cards to the wifi password (outdated info was posted on the door).

To be fair, Paula and Natalia responded to my questions in a prompt and friendly manner. But the larger issue is that they were unable to fix major problems during our stay and no compensation was offered.

Avoid this one if you can.

Condo very nice - Staff very rude

I would have rated our stay higher if it wasn't for the staff. We have been going to beach resorts for many years and never been treated as rudely as this. They have strict guidelines regarding wearing your swim suit anywhere but the pool or beach. My Granddaughters were reprimanded rudely for not having a "cover up " on , while walking through the lobby to the pool and even in the elevators. My son was standing approx 10 feet away from the pool. And was told to put a shirt on. Really ???? The desk clerk yelled at my one Granddaughter for touching the curtain in the lobby . Finally their Father had enough and told them they needed to "Chill out !"- no cursing or threatening - for that we got fined $100 !! All that said our unit was very comfortable , the pool was warm and nice and the beach was wonderful. Our unit owner - GraceyVarga was kind and understanding. All would have been perfect with a little friendliness and people skills from the staff.

Wonderful Holiday Location

We enjoyed our stay at The Tides immensely from start to finish. Catalina met us as arranged on check in day and got us set up quickly and efficiently. My family and I found the condo clean and just as it was pictured on the VRBO site. We had been worried about what was involved with the valet parking, but that turned out to be a simple $40 payment for our two week stay and then we could come and go as we wanted. As the previous reviews had mentioned, the kitchen is lightly outfitted. To stay here again, we would bring our own kitchen knives and a good piece of cookware. We were surprised by how the noise carries in the condo from upstairs. There must have been a large family staying above us the first week of our stay as you could hear children crying and frequent loud thuds. The grounds and location of The Tides is absolutely awesome. The pools were large and well maintained and to be right on the beach was amazing. We loved being so close to the Hollywood Broadwalk and ate out at Georgios and Florios a couple of times while we were up there. We highly recommend a fun lunch at the Margaritaville Beach Resort where we had drinks and nachos. There is lots of shopping not far away on Biscayne and we did walk over to the Winn Dixie and Walmart which was convenient. Having the beach chairs and towels in the condo for our use was fabulous. All in all, this is what a Florida beach vacation is all about and we highly recommend this property for anyone.
