Close to I-17 off the Lake Mary Exit, this home is located in Ponderosa Trails. This is a very popular location in the Flagstaff area. The area has lots of mature pine trees and large beautiful homes. It is located in a cul-de-sac, on a nice, quiet street. It is only two miles on Highway 89 to the Fairgrounds, or you can continue on Highway 89 to Sedona and the beautiful Oak Creek Canyon. Shopping, dining, and NAU are less than 2 miles away. You’ll be close to both I-40 and I-17, which will take you just about anywhere you need to go. You are just down the road from NAU and, yet, close to everything, for example; Big 5, Walmart, Red Lobster, Olive Garden and the Harkins movie theater.
This home is surrounded by beautiful pine trees. On the deck, you can enjoy the smell of the forest and the view of the birds and trees. Enjoy the many features of this home such as the BBQ, Satellite TV with a large screen, and wireless internet. There’s a large dining area with seating for six. The living area has an open floor plan with plenty of floor space. The living room also contains sofas, chairs, a fireplace, and a large screen TV. Their is a futon and twin mattresses for extra people to sleep on.
Home features we have a small travel crib, portable swing, play mat, bumbo with feeding tray, and stroller available for use. Prefect for your family with baby or small child there is also a small but growing collection of books, DVDs, games, and puzzles available for a fun touch!

Came to Flagstaff for a family gathering over the holidays. House was the perfect size and layout for our needs. Enjoyed the big rooms and the fireplace very much!
We had a great experience staying at this home. I wasn't expecting snow but to my and my children's surprise it had snowed the day before our arrival and the front and back of the house had snow. The backyard is huge! Everything was working properly and the house was very cozy. The freeways are very close and it also had a a shopping center with a supermarket nearby. Red Lobster and Olive Garden are also nearby. I will definitely recommend renting this home. Judy the manager is excellent!
Beautiful home in an upscale subdivision. Close to shopping and downtown. Nice walking trails throughout the neighborhood. Two weeks of fantastic weather. Very relaxing and a perfect vacation getaway from the heat of the desert in Tucson. Judy Warner is an outstanding property manager and she saw to our every need. A very, very nice lady!
WOW!! I don't know where to begin. First of all, Judy Warner is wonderful to work with. She goes beyond expectations and wants her clients to enjoy a truly wonderful experience renting one of her properties. Judy really cares about the person. It is not the idea of solely getting a property rented; but, being certain that the renter is satisfied!
As far as this property, it is 100% satisfying. I have rented in Flagstaff a number of times with my family during this time period...this was the most accommodating. The property is everything listed plus.
I rented the property consisting of 4 adults and 3 grandchildren ages 12, 7, 2...plus, two small dogs. We all were comfortable and satisfied. Great backyard, lots of room, clean, loads of towels, loads of all of our basic needs. The property is near to everything and anything you might want to experience at Flagstaff...Extreme Adventure, Great Walks, Fishing at Lake Mary's Lake, Black Bart's Restaurant, etc. etc.
I hesitate making this review too good because I hope to go back during the winter time and once again next summer...so, I hope the reservations will be available.
Great home in the quiet & lovely Ponderosa Pines neighborhood on a darling cul-de-sac. We stayed one week with our 4-year old twins and found the home to be clean, well maintained, comfortable and a great fit all around for our family. Wonderful biking/walking trails just outside the front door along with playgrounds and fields. All within less than 5 mins walking from the house. A lovely deck off the back and a good size, private backyard was perfect for morning coffee/breakfast and evening wine (popsicles for the kiddos). Giant pine trees and cool breezes made it perfect for backyard "camping" in the tent for our twins. The home had everything we needed for the week: washer/dryer, cable TV, etc Great location off Lake Mary Road made it easy for a quick grocery store run or nearby restaurants. The property manager, Judy was gracious and very prompt with her responses. She even came by when our less than tech-savvy selves, couldn't figure out the cable system. She got it quickly resolved & was very pleasant. We definitely plan to come back and especially look forward to a cozy winter visit.
The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The four members of my family were very comfortable. The home is located in a lovely Flagstaff suburb. Nice walking paths and nearby playgrounds. The location is close to NAU and the rodeo grounds. Many restaurants are within a short drive. We will probably try to stay here again.
