This house was in Sugarloaf. It's an okay area in the summer. If you wanted to be closer to the slopes during winter, we would recommend something closer to the ski resorts. The house itself is really nice. The kitchen is small but useful, and the owner provided tons of appliances for use (toaster, mixer, etc.). The queen bed was very comfortable with a nice mattress. The bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom are okay, but you can feel the springs in them.
Due to the shading, the house, especially the lower floor, stays cool in the summer (and it was 85-90 Fahrenheit when we were there, and that's probably a record high).
Everything was sparkling clean, and towels, etc. were provided by the rental company. It only has a single bathroom, which was fine for us, but if you have a larger party, though it can sleep seven people easily, you might consider if a single bathroom would work for your larger party.
All in all, we think it is nice for a family of three or four and we might stay again in the future.
I loved the place but the only problem was the toilet was broken the whole time we were there. They sent someone to try and repair the toilet but that would of left us the entire trip without a toilet.
