The space
Cozy clean and comfortable unit designed for remote workers and in close proximity to many demand generators. Dedicated work space with complimentary secured up to 1GB shared Wi fi and smart TV's with streaming services. The bedroom has a queen bed with nectar brand foam mattress and a full size pullout sofa bed in the living room. All linen including comforters are laundered after each guest. The building is gated and secure. Dedicated maintenance staff available if the need should arise. Coin operated washer and dryer (1.50 each) are located on the premises.

Dedicated free private off street parking for your vehicle. Easy freeway access and public transportation such as the metro rail and Brightline stations are within walking distance which makes getting around Miami easy.
Other things to note
The building is a mix of long term and shot term rentals. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Smoking in the unit will incur a $500 fine. Feel free to smoke in the outdoor common area's.
