The home is only steps away from City Park, City Beach and the Start and transitional area of the Annual Ironman Race. Sherman Avenue is a mere 10 minute walk with its' accompanying shops, restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and boutiques. Coeur d'Alene Resort & Docks are within your view from two southeastern bedrooms.
There is so much more you can do and see within a 10 to 15 minute walk including hiking Tubbs Hill, wandering through the many Downtown Art Galleries, enjoying the Summer Theatre season on North Idaho College campus, and many other events, such as plays, concerts (including the Coeur d'Alene Symphony) and lectures throughout the year, beach volleyball on the shores of the college beach, outdoor tennis courts on campus, the college library and our beautiful new Coeur d'Alene City Library. Bike trails are also only a few blocks away for a ride along the Spokane River or the shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene. During the summer there are concerts in City Park every Sunday. Bring a blanket and have a picnic only steps away from your home while enjoying these concerts. The Park also features a playground for the kids that they will truly enjoy. Every kid loves this Fort created by local residents that includes swings, slides and other activities children enjoy.
The nearby CDA Resort has boats for rent. Jet skis are also available for rent across the street from the Resort. Along the City Beach dock are paddle boats, wind surf boards and even a Seaplane service that offers aerial tours of the our beautiful area. You will not have enough time to do everything that is available within 15 minutes from your home base.

My home is in an ideal location. It is a matter of steps to City Beach, a short walk to the Coeur d'Alene City Park, the Coeur d'Alene Resort, Tubbs Hill hiking trails, and Sherman Avenue that features many shops, restaurants, bars and art galleries.
