3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms await on the top floor of this newly constructed townhouse with CENTRAL AIR and gas fireplace. 3 flat screen tvs, Bluetooth speakers, cable, and wifi internet will entertain you if the weather goes south. If you have small children we've got you covered! The house is loaded with toys, puzzles, and gear to make your packing easy! Just confirm what you need when you book with us.

Short walk to the heart of Main Street, Ogunquit, restaurants and trolls stop at your doorstop - including Ogunquit's best new breakfast spot The Greenery Cafe - just cross the street and you are there. 10 minute walk to the main beach - we provide a beach buggy and single bob stroller to make your walk easy. Our Modern beachy decor is clean, bright and inviting. The new improvements in 2016 and 17 including new mattresses and new couches. New quartz countertop coming soon! Close and quiet

We had a 4-girl getaway for a week in this clean and roomy condo on a quiet street within walking distance to town. We put in a good walk into Ogunquit and onto the Marginal Walkway to Perkins Cove. We had lunch, shopped and walked back. We took drives to Boothbay Harbor and down to Rockport as well as other surrounding areas. The condo was well stocked, and the laundry area was a nice plus. Lisa was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Easy walk to town and to the beach. Parking is very expensive, so the close walking distance to restaurants and beach were ideal.

Love Ogunquit SO MUCH!

I have been renting this house for three years and we just love it here! It is the perfect size for our family and such a great location. It is so clean and I love the decor. The back screen porch is my favorite - we love to sit out there at all times of the day! The location can't be beat - this is such a nice street of townhouses, super close to route one but not noisy - the trolly stop is very close and there are great restaurants right outside the door. DO NOT MISS THE GREENERY CAFE! It is so good and so close! And better yet, if you are up early with kids they open at 5 am!

The best in so many ways!

This was our 15th year coming to Ogunquit and we have stayed in many places but none as great as this home! The owners are fabulous in every way! Super friendly and very accessible both before and during our stay! They provide literally everything one would need to enjoy a beach vacation: beach towels, a beach cart, beach name it. The house is also fully stocked with bed linens, bath towels, laundry supplies, paper towels, etc. The house is spacious and comfortable and you cannot beat the location! Walk to town, main beach or footbridge in no time. We will definitely rent this home again...hopefully for years to come!

Great location near beach and shops

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it could not have been more perfect. The condo is clean, modern, and in an absolutely perfect location. It's a short walk to the beach, and shops - couldn't be more convenient! Really great spot, easily accessible, and we even went for a run on Marginal Way on Sunday morning. Highly recommend this property, and the owners were very easy to work with!

Amazing condo, amazing location!!

We have now stayed in this beautiful condo twice (both times in the fall) and it is just as nice as advertised (maybe nicer!) The beds are very comfortable, and my kids loved the bunk beds - there were plenty of beds for everyone! The main floor is all open - such a huge space! We didn't actually do any cooking, but the kitchen looked pretty well equipped. There is a small playroom in the basement and some other toys in the garage that my kids were able to play with, which was great since we had rain all day Sunday!

The location is fantastic - a small little road that connects to Rt. 1on both ends, so the street is quiet, but so close to everything you want in Ogunquit!! Even better is that the condo is just across the street from an amazing breakfast/lunch spot (the Greenery Cafe), so convenient for take-out!

Lisa was so great to work with - she gave us the code for the lock box and for the garage door. She got back to me quickly when asked for rainy day activities for the kids. Everything in the condo was clean and modern, and it has a very relaxing feel. We look forward to our next trip to Ogunquit to stay in this great condo!

We purchased the property for the location and central air - no one wants to be stuck on a summer vacation in heat wave and we know we get them! That's not a vacation to us!

What makes this townhome unique

We have three small girls so we have lots of kid supplies and toys - just ask when booking and we'll try to save some room in your trunk! Happy to make your packing a little lighter.
