Ideal for 3/4 people (bedroom with queen size bed 160X200, 1 sofa bed 160X200), unlimited internet, TV, video recorder, air conditioner. Very well exposed with a beautiful view south. 10th floor with elevators.

We decided to buy this apartment when for professional reason, we were obliged to go back to Italy. We were looking for a nice and cosy “pied-à-terre” in a nice district, to feel home when we’re going to be back in Paris. We found this spacious 1 bedroom, just close to the Eiffel Tower, in the heart of the city. A true Parisian feeling.
What we like the most when we are in Paris, is that apartment is on the 10th floor so very sunny with no vis-à-vis. We love that lively neighborhood with restaurants, markets, grocery store, bakery etc... And the morning walk on the Champs de Mars.
I think this is one of the best complements you can do to this nice, small apartment: you get exactly what it is shown in the pictures. And the package is just great.

Very convenient location, close to many great restaurants, subways, open air markets and the Eiffel tower! We chose this apt because it had a more lived in look, it was very comfortable and larger than many other studio apts. We definitely recommend this apt!
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful apartment in Paris with us. The location is perfect, with so many nearby places to eat and buy groceries. Also, it was nice to be near enough to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower to easily walk to them.
The queen size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely updated. We loved having a washing machine so we didn't need to spend time (and money) at a laundromat. But the best feature of your apartment are those HUGE windows that let in lots of light and fresh air. You can be assured that we will try to stay in your apartment the next time our travel to Paris.

Located in a pleasant neighborhood, a 5 to 10 minute walk from The Eiffel Tower, this apartment, where we spent 5 weeks in fall 2014, is set in a complex that has excellent security. The other reviews accurately describe the fine accommodations in this comfortable and relaxing place to stay, as well as the availability and helpfulness of the management. Equally conducive to a pleasant visit is the charming and friendly neighborhood. The pharmacist at the “Pharmacie de l’Avenue” took the time and trouble to make sure we understood the instructions for some medicine we bought there. The Boulangerie Patisserie across the street has excellent croissants, but be sure to visit the Patisserie Artisan “Un Idée de Desert”, a half a block to the left from the back entrance of the apartment complex. Run by the charming ladies Carol and Carima, it offers wonderful butter croissants, delicious bread, and excellent deserts. The boucherie next door to them is a good place to get both take out and food to cook in house, along with a nice bottle of wine. The restaurant “Le Presles”, one block to the left from the main entrance of the apartment complex, is one of a number of restaurants in the area that are patronized by the locals, and therefore offer good French cooking at reasonable prices. Le Casse Noix, a little further down the street is another. Both restaurants have well-selected wines, not likely to be found in the U.S. The closest Metro stop is only a few blocks away and is at the intersection of three different lines. As the other reviews have noted, this apartment is a quiet and comfortable place, within easy access to food and shopping, and to the museums, galleries, and concerts which make a trip to Paris memorable.
The apartment is very convenient, bright and located in an excellent area.
The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary. Located near two metro stations, many shops, restaurants and cafes. The Eiffel tower is within walking distance.

The apartment is located in the 'beaux quartiers', just a stone's throw from the Champs de Mars, one of the widest green space of Paris. All the year long this park is visited by tourists for the most beautiful views on the Eiffel Tower it offers, but also by Parisians. You can find there : Kindergarten, carousel, Muppet theater, pony riding, pedal cars… one and a half miles long jogging path, soccer and basketball playgrounds, bike tours… music kiosk, 'petanque' and lawns for throwing down a blanket and resting under the sun, or at dusk enjoying picnic with a view on the glittering Tower.
