This beautiful home is just 1000 ft to private beach access on Cape Cod Bay at Ellis Landing! It is situated on a lovely, private, sandy Cape Cod road just around the corner from the beach and under a mile to the bike trail, Snowy Owl Coffee Shop, Karma, Jts Seafood & Ice Cream, Brewster House of Pizza, quaint local book store & more. There is a first floor bedroom with a queen bed a bonus, 3 season room with a pull out sofa that makes a double bed and a TV. The gorgeous kitchen has everything you will need to make and serve a typical meal including stainless appliances, granite counters and open layout. Off of the dining area there is deck access where you can enjoy the sweet Cape Cod air, cook outs on the gas grill and there is an outdoor enclosed shower. The living area is nicely furnished with comfortable and tasteful furnishings and decor. There is also a washer/dryer and full bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful full bathroom. A/C units in each bedroom and a big wall unit in the main living / kitchen / dining area. One well-behaved dog allowed.

If there is any issue at the property during your stay you can just give the "front desk" (us) a call and we will run over and have it taken care of while you go and enjoy your vacation. On the Beach - sunsets and seafood
A beautiful home, very well appointed and well equipped. Very quiet street with lots of families. Everything you need for a perfect Cape family vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who like to cook.
It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Check-in and check-out were very simple. They're also very helpful and responsive with questions we've had.
We have rented this house for three years now and are hoping to come back next year.
Just a short stroll to the beach, Close to JTs restaurant as well as Brewster Fish House and Chillingsworths. Perfect place for family vacation - safe beach. Beautiful sunsets. Good sailing, kayaking, etc. Close to the bike trail. .

A Real Cape Experience!
Beautifully appointed - lovely, spacious and in immaculate condition! The owners thought of everything to make it a real home away from home. We had excellent service from the beginning to end from our rental agent. Would definately recommend to family and friends.
Brewster Museum of Natural History has great walking / hiking trails and educational center and events. The Brewster General Store is iconic and picturesque piece of Americana. The beaches here are world class. Take a drive to Chatham Village for the best walking / shopping, Cape Cod style village area. Head to the National Seashore and take in the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean beaches with dunes, waves and sometimes whales.
Additional information about rental rates
In the case of cancellation, the Agent requires written authorization from the Tenant to re-rent the Property. As soon as the Agent receives written authorization, Agent will begin the process of finding a replacement Tenant acceptable to the Owner. There is no guarantee that a replacement Tenant will be secured. If the Agent is successful in securing a replacement for the entire term of the Lease, the Tenant will receive a refund of the deposit paid less 12.5% of the TOTAL RENT due for this Lease. If the agent is unsuccessful in securing a replacement Tenant, any refund must be negotiated between Tenant and Property Owner. Since this Lease constitutes a contract between Tenant and Owner, there is no obligation on the Owner to refund rent payments if a replacement cannot be secured for the full term of the Lease.
