UPDATE !!! COMPLETELY AIR CONDITIONED! THIS UNIT HAS a 52' 1080 TV!!! We accept e-checks! We are happy to announce we have a 32' tv in the bedroom; as well as, wifi internet !!! This is the most comforable and updated condo housed in this complex. Every time the owner vacations here he improves the unit. This third floor completely renovated 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo has all new furniture, and all the necessary kitchen items to prepare a full meal or your favorite refreshing tropical drink! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops! Every room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The living-room features a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed, and Caribbean style furniture. The living room also has a HD TV with cable and internet. The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, two closets, a chest of drawers and air conditioning! Enjoy the wonderful trade winds while lounging on the balcony furniture, overlooking the lush tropical gardens and beautiful pool!

When it's beach time you have a choice of three beaches within a short 5-10 minute walk. The town of Sosua has every restaurant to suit your taste; as well as, fabulous Latin nightlife!!!

I am an average guy from the northeast section of the United States who had a lifetime desire to own a small part of the Caribbean. To obtain my wish I worked all the overtime I could and tended bar turn save the much needed funds. Now I am happy to say I achieved my goal and when you stay in #24 please enjoy your stay.

Why John Kumpel chose Sosua

The reason I purchased this property is many! As soon as I walked on the complex I was struck by the oasis in the middle of town and how quiet it is. Then I saw the pool! What a pool! Its very large and tranquil and crystal clear. As I was looking at the condos I loved #24 with the view from the balcony and the wonderful breeze. I was also very impressed with the layout and its use of space. I was happy to see granite in both baths and kitchen. The half bath completes the unit when I have friends over. All the rooms are perfect in size. Its so comfortable! I am happy its mine!

What makes this condo unique

The Garden Condos is located in the middle of Sosua. You can walk to four beaches within minutes. There is plenty of nightlife just outside the gate! Downtown is five minutes away with numerous bars clubs, and restaurants. If you like to scuba dive there are dive shops, fishing tours and other activaties.if your like me its all about the beach. With the main beach having bars and restaurants to the 3 other beachs that have less people.

The property was exactly as advertised !!

This condo is in excellent condition and looks better than the pictures. The price was the best for this unit in this condition in the The Garden Condos. You won't get a better value for your money, and the owner John was always available and there at check in and out!!

Best spot in town

As a very frequent traveler to D.R. Been staying here for a while now and have to say the room I had has to be one of the best in the condo. Love the room, space, amenities, huge frig, 2 TV's, and the fact that you don't have to get a whole bunch of supplies to maintain a good clean room. Location is great and good security too.

Clean, awesome location, top notch hospitality.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the fact that everything was exactly as presented online. These condo's are fantastic. Thomas Zins provides excellent accomodations that are second to none. Security made me feel comfortable and safe, which was very important to me.

The condo was clean and well maintained. This is an excellent alternative to staying in a hotel. The next time I visit I will be sure to get in contact with Thomas and his wife .... great people. Much appreciated. See you next time ......

A bright gem in the tropical treasure chest...

If Garden Condos are a perfectly hidden and protected oasis in the middle of

this desired destination then the unit #24 represents its crown jewel :

the perfect vacation home you will never want to leave, but if you have to, you

will be coming back as soon as you can...why?

Because everything you may need for a relaxed comfortable living is here:

a very good firm bed for sleeping or more active actions, a well equipped kitchen

if cooking is your hobby or preference to the local restaurants, one full and one

half bathrooms, two TV sets with plenty of channels, a very strong private

WIFI signal, AC we did not use since natural breezes and two ceilings fans have

been more than sufficient for cooling , a 2nd floor balcony overlooking a large

swimming pool and a gorgeous garden...And much more...Not talking about

other attractions of this little town, beaches, pubs, etc...

I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Denise and John , the owners,

who can include us into their loyal base of repeated visitors...We feel lucky

to be able to secure at least one month stay in their unit during the fall 2014 ...

Last but not least we appreciate all the assistance provided by Thomas,

an experienced real estate professional , who is very pleasant and easy

to deal with...

The only sad thing is the fact our six weeks in Sosua are almost gone

and we have to face a harsh reality of winter in the States and Europe...

Before we come back next year I would recommend this property to anyone

looking for an unique spot in the paradise ...We have had an amazing time here...

Clean and Comfortable

My husband and I did not know the area when we selected this condo, but having stayed for 4 nights, we feel fortunate to have chosen to stay here. It is located in a quiet area of Sosua, yet close enough to walk anywhere. It has 24 hour security, and is spacious, clean and well-stocked with kitchen and paper supplies. Definitely American style amenities here!

well-tended apartment!

The apartment 24 ist very well-tended, probably the best in Garden Condos. I lived there for 2 weeks and I enjoyed my stay.

The Gardens Condo are located in the very heart of Sosua just steps from the three beaches from the open sea with waves to calm cove style at the main beach. Then after the beach enjoy one of the many restaurants that are to numerous to mention.

What makes the Garden Condos special is its location combined with being recently renovated. The Gardens Condo is located in the middle of the block which give the complex a buffer from the street. Then the lush gardens with mature palm trees and ample of grass combined with large and numerous flowering bushes make the atmosphere a true tropical Paradise! Then add one of the biggest and perfectly maintained pools in Sosua. You will not find a better located, maintained, or liveable rental condo at this price.
