A long narrow deck runs along the back and side of the house with rocking chairs and an Adirondack chaise.

Swinging doors lead to the adjacent dining room that opens to the living room but inhabits its own space along the wall of windows, providing diners a glimpse of the ocean over their meals. An oval wooden table with upholstered chairs can seat up to 8. Beautiful dishes, glassware, serving pieces and linens allow you to entertain in high style. Open the sliding glass doors that lead to the deck and enjoy cocktails at sunset.

"We planned a last minute stay in Carmel with some out of town family, and were able to find this phenomenal home literally an hour before our requested stay. Sanctuary Vacation Rentals was very courteous in the rental process, during our stay and post-stay. They were able to have the home ready for us in time, and the home was very well furnished and well stocked with supplies for our use and comfort. I was also very impressed with the manner in which they dealt with a small internet issue that came up. The caretaker of the property was extremely understanding, helpful and cognizant of our needs. Overall one of the most seamless vacation rentals I've ever experienced."
