Stay on the Beach Across from John's Pass. Fantastic Location!
This modern and beautifully kept resort is located directly on the beach, and just across the street from Johns Pass Village. Walk along the sand and under the draw-bridge and enjoy all that the Village has to offer, with great restaurants, shops, all the water-sports activities, and lots to see and do. The beach in front of the resort is the softest and cleanest in the area, and the warm Gulf waters are calm and safe, and simply wonderful!
Relax in the beachfront pool area or at the beautifully landscaped patio. There's plenty of lounge chairs available for enjoying the warm Florida sun, or relax or dine with friends at one of the several beachside patio dining tables under a palm-lined cabana.
The condo has been completely redone, top to bottom. All new decor in 2013 including new paint, tile throughout, granite-topped bathrooms and kitchen, and all new furniture and bedding. This unit is perfect and ready-to-go for your family vacation.
The master bedroom boasts two new and very comfortable queen-size beds, and has it own private bath with walk-in shower. The large closet gives plenty of room for storage, and the room is equipped with a new flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and also is equipped with a new flat-screen TV and cable. In the living room, you'll find a queen size pull-out sofa for any extra guests, along with a spacious eating area and of course, the large walk-out balcony. For entertainment, there's a large-screen TV with DVD and cable, and free high-speed WiFi Internet. Washer and dryer facilities are centrally located on the floor close to the condo.
The large covered, and well furnished balcony gives a nice view of the John's Pass draw-bridge, and creates a peaceful and comfortable spot to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening tea.
This condo was perfect for our family! We loved being convenient to the beach, pool and Johns Pass restaurants and shops. We hardly had to drive anywhere.
The condo was beautiful, comfortable and everything that we needed was provided. There were even salt and pepper shakers on the stove! I used them the night I cooked our deep sea fishing catch for dinner. I had all of the dishes and pans that I needed to make a delicious meal.
My children enjoyed the twin beds, and the tv in their room.
We will come again!
This condo building is in the most perfect spot - beautiful beach, so close to John's Pass boardwalk. Just a dream. The other people in the building were friendly and it was pretty quiet for the most part. The condo itself was roomy and clean. Our family of 5 stayed there very comfortably and the kids loved the pool and the beach. My only complaint was that it's not very cozy or homey - there are no soft surfaces anywhere (except the beds). It would have been so nice to have a rug or two underfoot.
We stayed here for the month of March and had a great time. The condo was exactly as pictured, very comfortable and well maintained and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The location across from John's Pass was very convenient for dining and shopping and the beach was fabulous. We would definitely recommend this rental.
The condo was a bit of a disappointment. The furnishings could use some updates. We arrived early and I was told we could "possibly" get in the condo early. As it turned out, ours was the last to be cleaned. But, that won't guarantee early check in. Just thought they could have switched things up a bit to accomodate us. The beach and pool were perfect. We enjoyed our stay even with the set backs.
The condo was good, great location. But as other reviews mentioned the floor making your feet black, it does. Wear your shoes! Beds where not the most comfortable, several of us complained about rolling to the middle.
Other wise we enjoyed the convenience of the near by attractions. The pool and beach are great. Yes I would consider staying here again.
We recently stayed here and it was everything they advertised it to be. It was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!
