Within a 5 minute drive to the Palma Real Shopping Village. 10 golf courses within a 5 to 30 minute drive.

This vacation condo is located in building 'A' of Playa Turquesa, which while being within the community is only steps from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Dominican Republic. Once inside this condo, you'll be treated by the wonderful decor and appointments reminiscent of that 'picture perfect' tropical getaway. This is a two bedroom penthouse condo offering accommodations for the whole family. Everything you need for your vacation and more can be found within this luxurious condo. The master bedroom is en-suite, with its very own private bathroom, and there is an additional full bathroom off the kitchen adjacent to the laundry area. All Playa Turquesa condos offer elevator access and a reverse-osmosis water filtration system. Each unit comes equipped with multi-zone central air conditioning and dual-pane windows.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking - Air 100%

• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.

• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

7Buenas tardes ,a través de ustedes alquilamos el departamento A 401 de Playa Turquesa entre el 14 de enero 2017al 28 de enero 2017 a nombre de mi marido Victor Fernando pisani Agote.En su momento nos hicieron una retencion en concepto de electricidad de u$s 280 en el cierre de estadia dio que de electricidad se debia pagar U$S 77 quedando como saldo de devolucion a mi persona la suma de U$S 203 aun no se ha registrado ninguna devolucion . solicito por favor me comuniquen cuando se hara efectiva la transferencia correspondiente Gracias

Owner's Response: Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Para aclarar su pregunta de deposito de electricidad - al momento de reservar el portal utilizado le cobro $200 por deposito de energía eléctrica. Su consumo fue de $77 + 4% de procesamiento de pago = $80.08. A la tarjeta de credito de su esposo, termina en 2386, se le hizo una devolución de $119.82 el 28 de Enero 2017. Por favor verifique su estado de cuentas. Cualquier otra pregunta, estamos a la orden. Gracias!

The property was 3 1/2 half stars for me. It was a really nice space with a functional layout for a family of 4. It was clean and the condo it self was perfect but my concern was with the out side building up take. The grounds could have been better and the buildings were dingy. The staff was nice and accommodating but the transportation / taxi system was horrible. Their was a different price for the same destination every time. Good location to the beach and the pools were a good size but like the buildings very dingy. The restaurants were in walking distance with good variety.

This was the first time that we had not stayed at a resort in the Dominican. The experiences of doing shopping, taking walks through the neighbourhood, taking local transportation, eating at new local establishments was really enjoyable. The condo itself was well appointed, clean, functional and located in a great location. At times the music late in the evening was hard to take but we got used to it. The thing that bothered us the most was the balcony furniture which was in disrepair to the degree that you could not even sit comfortable on most of it. These need to be replaced before others can totally enjoy there time spent at this penthouse. Overall our stay was very enjoyable; the weather was great, the beach was to die for, the morning sunrises were breath-taking and the location was fun. I especially enjoyed the rooster crowing every morning and I affectionately called him "Jack"! As soon as the balcony furniture and the barbecue is fixed, I would recommend a stay at this location.

El Cortecito Beach and Los Corales, in the heart of Bavaro, is the closest to a small beach town/fisherman village in the area. This area is considered to be the downtown of Bavaro-Punta Cana. You will find restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, shopping centers, gift shops and banks. This is one of the last established beach front communities within the 35 km stretch of white sand and turqouise colored beaches. Best value that can be found in the Punta Cana Real Estate market.
