Fun in the sun awaits you in this newly renovated pool and spa home. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 baths located less than one block from panorama park with tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

A brand new kitchen with all new appliances opens up to the dining and living rooms. Relax and unwind by the pool with mountain views, or enjoy a cocktail while enjoying the spa.

The living and dining rooms open up to the patio and pool area allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, couches, and a full outdoor dining set. The pool and spa are heated for your enjoyment throughout the year.

French doors lead into the king size master suite with a private bath and a large walk-in closet, perfect for those longer stays. The master suite allows direct access to the pool through sliding glass doors, making this room ideal for late night dips in the spa.

The other three bedrooms (queen, queen, and full) have brand new mattresses and high thread count linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.

In the two car garage you will have access to our brand new GE steam washer and dryer.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with a separate deposit.

What makes this house unique

Perfect central location. We are in the perfect spot to get to anywhere you need to be in the coachella valley. Great golf courses minutes away and a beautiful park less then a block away. 12 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, and 12 minutes to great resturaunts and shopping in palm desert. Also close to the interstate to quickly get down to Indio and La Quinta.

The house is great!

Spacious enough for our family of five to really relax in comfort. It has everything we needed. Eric was immediately available when the entry code didn't work and sent help when the pool heater stalled.

House was good, central location, and owner was very good to deal with.

House was a good size, had most things we needed. Suited our needs as a family. Fruit trees were a nice bonus. Improvements would be more full size towels, dish towels and cloths and keeping things stocked like paper products, DW soap would have been nice, but spices and oil etc was nice not to have to buy. It's a little tired, carpets need replacing for sure, outdoor furniture cushions have seen better days, but All the important things were there and we had a great time!

OK Property

I use VRBO several times a year, and this was the worst experience ever, beginning with not being able to access the house after an all day drive from San Jose. The door code would not work and the owner/agent was not answering his phone. After sitting in the dark in the driveway for half an hour calling the owner/agent, I called the VRBO help line, which informed me there was a 20 minute wait to connect with an agent. So we sat and waited...and waited...and waited. After being transferred once, VRBO was VERY apologetic and began to find us alternative accommodations for the night. What they offered were two VIP suites at the Hyatt in downtown Palm Springs. So, we left the house and drove downtown and checked in to the hotel. As we were entering the elevator to go to our rooms, the owner/agent finally called me back and apologized profusely for the hiccup with the door, and provided me with another door code to use. While the thought of the VIP suites at the Hyatt was enticing, the thought of unpacking and repacking the next day was not, so we explained the situation to the hotel (they were very understanding), retrieved our cars from the valet (that's $10 I'll never see again), and headed back to the house, exhausted. [Note to all VRBO customers: Make sure you have the VRBO trouble phone number (877 202-4291) with you.]

First the good: The pool was great, and the spa was too. The yard was nice, and we enjoyed picking and eating some of the fruit from the trees. Washer and dryer worked great too. We liked the neighborhood, and the nearby park was nice, although dogs are forbidden from being in the park, or even on the sidewalks that go around the park. If you want to walk the pooch over there, you must walk in the street (really!) or on the other side of the street. I know, because I got stopped by animal control.

Now the bad: Wow, that place needs some work. The carpeting in the master bedroom was badly stained and the lack of TLC showed in the holes left in the wall in the master bathroom when the toilet paper holder was replaced. The HVAC return air vent in the hallway was filthy, crusted with "stuff" that needed to be vacuumed in a big way. The kitchen had NO dishcloths or dish towels--none, nada, not a thing except for a napkin. We went to a dollar store and bought a couple and left them. The garage had three garage door openers, none of which worked. The whole place could use a painting too, inside and outside. Wouldn't rent here again.

Good location, great pool, comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay here in Cathedral City. Overall the house is good. The pool and yard are great. The beds are all comfortable. Some things about the house are a little "tired", for example the carpets in the bedrooms really need to be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the barbeque a couple times.

Location: great for exploring the general area, but a bit of a drive to Palm Springs itself.

Overall, I would recommend this place.

We rented this place for a week in December for a golf trip. It was perfect for the 4 of us, it was clean, everything worked great, and the owner was a fantastic support before and during our stay. The pool and spa in the backyard was fantastic. Great place!

Such a relaxing 9 days spent in this little private oasis. Any issues that arose were dealt with immediately. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you would need. It's location is great - close to the airport, to downtown and to grocery stores and liquor stores. There is a nice park a block away, yet the neighborhood is very quiet. Can't wait to return!

Our home is located near Panorama park in Cathedral City. We are on a nice quiet street just a block from the park. We have a breath taking view of Mount San Jacinto from the pool. We are just about within walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants (about 10 blocks), and the same to 2 golf courses, the Cimarron and Desert Princess. Just minutes away are downtown Palm Springs, Cathedral City, and Palm Desert.
