With all of the options of places to stay on the Big Island, why choose my condo? Here are a few reasons:

1. Spectacular Views! Instead of a peak-a-boo view, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath CORNER condo features a totally unobstructed Ocean, Mtn, and Sunset Views, and the Coastline nearly all the way to Kona.

2. Location is superb, one of the first exits at Waikoloa Village for easy and fast in and out. Great central location near all of the best sandy beaches on the Big Island.

3. The weather is superb. With only 12 inches of annual rainfall and common tradewinds, it tends to stay clear, warm and dry.

4. Rates as low as $120 per night (30 day stay, low season) for a fully furnished, privately owned, large 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium with these amenities and views.

From the moment you set foot in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1300 square foot Condominium, you will be immersed in the “Aloha Spirit”. This corner unit at Waikoloa Greens truly has a beautiful layout. This condo has many upgrades including Brazilian Cherry wood laminate flooring in all of the bedrooms and throughout the upstairs. The living room is laminate flooring as well. Tile flooring appoints the baths and kitchen. Beautiful granite kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances. Many more upgrades as well.

Each Bedroom has it’s own bath, ceiling fan and sliding glass door out to it’s own lanai. The kitchen and living room (with bay window and ceiling fan) and master bedroom have stunning views of the ocean, Hualalai Mountain and beautiful tropical sunsets. It is decorated throughout with Hawaiian furnishings, rattan furniture and Hawaiian photos. The living room is appointed with a 48 flat screen tv, surround sound, stereo and dvd/cd player. Wireless Internet and cable tv are also provided . We also have installed flat screen tvs in both the master bedroom and the queen bedroom.

The condo is well equipped with washer/dryer, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with dishes, microwave, toaster oven, blender, cooking utensils and everything you will need to prepare meals if you so choose on your vacation.

There is a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a twin trundle bed, that makes into a king in the third bedroom which doubles as an office/den.

There are abundant bbqs on site and a very nice heated pool and hot tub that were just redone. Tennis courts, play ground facilites and exercise facility 100’ away. There is also another pool, tennis courts and more for your use nearby.

Location, Location, Location:

Overlooking the Kohala Coast, Waikoloa Village is in a perfect location from which to launch your exploration of the Big Island. We are fortunate to experience some of the best weather on the island. Rarely do we experience the vog that sometimes plagues other parts of the island. The weather is in the 80's Fahrenheit year round during the day, and around 70 Fahrenheit at night, which makes it warm during the day and cool enough at night to sleep. Restaurants, sightseeing and shopping:

You are located a short stroll from the Waikoloa Village featuring a large grocery store complete with fresh butcher, deli and bakery, a bank, health food store, restaurants, bars and other shops for your convenience.

Waikoloa Restaurant and Bar is a short drive with great food and a generous happy hour. Don't miss the crab boil they put on once a month.

There are over 20 other restaurants located in the Waikoloa Beach area including Tommy Bahamas, Ruth Chris, Roy’s, The Tropics Ale House, the Sansai Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar and many more. The Dolphin Quest at the Hilton Waikoloa Beach area is also about 10 minutes away with it's restaurants and shopping.

You can experience world class shopping at the King and Queens shops of Waikoloa. 15-20 minutes North of Waikoloa is a town called Waimea, or Kamuela, which is home to world famous restaurants, such as Merriman's and Daniel Thiebauts, as well as being home to the famous Parker Ranch Paniolos (Hawaiian Cowboys).

Kona town is a 30 minute drive to the South, where you will find the Kona Brewery, The Kona Inn, Huggos by the Sea and many other fine restaurants and plenty of shops. Costco is located between Kona and the airport.

You are also just a short drive to catch Saddle Road which will take you to the Hilo side where you can check out Akaka Falls, Rainbow Falls, Waipi’o Valley and many other sights and waterfalls along the Hamakua Coast. You are also a 2 hour scenic drive from the Mauna Kea Summit and observatories, or the same distance from Kilauea, Hawaii’s live volcano.


Waikoloa Village Golf Course is your backyard. It is a par 72. It plays to 6,791 yards and is situated at the 1,000 ft elevation overlooking the beautiful Kohala Coast. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and as our guest you will receive discounted green fees. Many other exceptional courses await you nearby.


There are many places to snorkel including 69s Beach or any of the access points along Puako Road which is a short drive away. Mauna Lani, A- Bay, Mauna Kea, are also some excellent choices. If you don't mind the drive, there is outstanding snorkeling at Kahaluu Bay, which is 7 miles south of Kona. (about a 35 minute drive) Here you will see large numbers of very friendly, colorful fish, and lots of Green Sea Turtles. (you don’t even have to get into the water to see the turtles, just look in the tide pools and on the rocks) If you want the very best, either Kayak or take a snorkel cruise to Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook’s Monument). It is the very best snorkeling I have experienced in the Islands with over 100 feet of visibility. Honaunau Bay (Place of Refuge) is also nearby.


Nearly all of the best sandy beaches on the Big Island, are nearby along the Kohala Coast including Hapuna, 69s, Spencer, A- Bay, Mauna Kea, Kua Bay and many more

Why Gary Bodine chose Waikoloa Village

I have literally been wanting to buy something in Hawaii from our first trip,but never quite found the right place until 2011. From the moment I set foot in this unit, I knew it was the right one. It is bright and sunny from literally sun up until sunset, and you get to enjoy both from any of the four lanais. It is located in Waikoloa which is known for its tradewinds that keep it a comfortable temperature night or day, year round. It is completely furnished in Hawaiin furnishings to immerse you in the Aloha Spirit from the time you enter until the time you leave.

What makes this condo unique

To put the weather in perspective, when they build here in Waikoloa Village, they have no need for a heating system, most do not have any need for air conditioning and they do not use insulation. Now this is where God intended us to live! We love to bbq and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our condo. From that first sip of Kona coffee enjoying the glorious morning sunshine on one of the East Lanais, to the last rays of golden sun setting on the vast Pacific Ocean while enjoying your pauhana drink on one of the West Lanais, you will know why we love it here so much. Snorkeling, swimming, golf, shopping, sightseeing , or just being a beach bum are just a few of things to do, all nearby, while staying at our condo.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo so much! It felt like home instantly. It was amazing to awake every morning to the variety of bird calls and songs. Each Bedroom has its own lanai, plus there is a lanai off of the living room. Very quick access to all of the best beaches on the Big Island and a short drive to Waikoloa Queens and KIngs Markets. Walking distance to Waikoloa Village Market, nice grocery store, resaurants and shops. Located on the second floor with only 1/2 a flight of stairs! This is a privately owned, 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit (one of only 6) in the Paniolo Greens complex, located right on the Waikoloa Golf Course. This is not to be confused with the other timeshare units being offered by Shell Management.

Wonderful condo!

We enjoyed this spacious condo, and the incredible views! We have stayed in Waikoloa Village before but never on this side of the golf course. It was only two of us but with 3 bedrooms there is plenty of room for a family. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay on the Big Island

This unit was well equipped and as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The owner was excellent to deal with and we would love to come back. I would suggest the pillows in the Master Bedroom be replaced and newer bedding would be great, but overall no concerns or complaints. Enjoyed the golf course, book mobile and being in Waikoloa Village. Sunsets and overall property amenities were excellent.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We have many extra pillows throughout the 3 bedrooms in the condo, but I will be checking the need for additional pillows in a few weeks when we arrive. Easy fix to add/replace pillows. As far as the bedding is concerned, I would love to know specifically what you are referring to. We added an additional topper (as backup) for the queen bedroom and new high quality sheets in all three bedrooms just a few months ago. We personally inspect all aspects of the condo twice a year and pride ourselves on constantly improving the beautiful condo.

Of course I loved it! It is my condo! What else am I going to say? Seriously though, we always have a great time here. Went to Waimea several times for the farmer's market. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Bought many new linens for the condo and added hand held shower heads in all three bathrooms. Just keep trying to make it better and better! Melekalikimaka!

Great condo with easy access to everything.

We stayed here for a combination trip of business and pleasure. Very clean, with all amenities available for both, including a small office, desk and wi-fi. No A/C but fans and nice breezes to keep you on the cooler side. Short drive to the resort area of Waikoloa if you have a conference. Everything you need for your stay and a day at the beach is right there. Minutes from beautiful Hapuna beach and a short drive to great food in Waimea and areas north. You can walk to coffee in the morning or groceries. A friendly truck with shave ice comes through in the afternoon and the wild turkeys will be your friends!

Great accommodation on the Big Island

Nice condo in Waikoloa Village. It is a bit inland from the ocean but that makes it a bit cooler and you still have a great view of the ocean and just a short drive to get to the coast. I would definitely use again on a future visit.

While we were notified that there would be work done at the complex we went to we had no idea to what extent. The workers break area was just below our condo and they were very loud. They also showed up several times unexpectedly of our second story balconies. The walkway to out condo received new concrete that we had to step over. They also took our balcony furniture and did not replace it. We were told to keep the doors and curtains shut while we were there but first of all we picked the condo for the view and second there was no sir condition so you had to keep Windows and doors open. We also could not use the BBC area as this was there break room. They also left equipment and supplies in our parking spaces. If not for the construction it would have been fine

Owner's Response: Unfortunately, I could not control the construction activities during this guests' stay. I asked management to avoid construction during this time as much as possible, however is is obvious there were inconveniences and disruptions. I apologize and offer a credit for a rebooking.
