This quiet bungalow features three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, bright beautiful linens, en-suite bathroom, and doors that open up to the extensive back deck. On the adjacent side of the home is bedroom two with a queen size, bedroom three with bunk beds, and the second full bathroom.
The house has hardwood floors throughout the interior that provide a feeling of utter warmth and comfort. Amazing Retreat presents its guests with not one, but two cozy living areas for group enjoyment. Be careful when booking this property. After booking and paying in full 3 weeks ago and having several email conversations about the available dates and address of property- I receive an email the NIGHT BEFORE we are scheduled to arrive that the property was somehow mistakenly booked by 3 different people for same nights. The property management company blames the mistake on HomeAway not blocking off the dates, but since I have email communications (after booking) directly with Wendy from property management company, I believe it is poor management skills that created this problem. I have rented many houses thru VRBO and have never experienced poor management like this. Thanks for ruining my Spring Break vacation with my family at the last minute.
Great location and very clean
Everything was pretty much as it looked in pictures and the beds were so comfortable, and a perfect fit with the layout for our family. Plenty of kitchen supplies and nice and clean. Our biggest challenge was not being able to contact anyone. Thankfully we didn't have any issues, although the hot tub didn't work but it was too hot anyway. It would have been nice to have the patio furniture cleaned and blown off. I left phone messages and sent an email for contact, but no return call and then called again and voicemail was full. I emailed and tried to call regarding a phone charger we forgot in the master bedroom, but as of this moment, have had no follow-up contact. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time, a beautiful sunset out front and a day on Lake Travis. We look forward to spending time up in the area again, but will select alternative accommodation due to the lack of communication.
Our stay was cozy and more than what we expected! I highly recommend this place to get away from the city of Austin! The owner was very helpful and answered promptly, when we had a question. Staff always answer their phone and was very nice! It was so quiet and peaceful and I would stay here, again!

If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival it is fully refundable minus the initial deposit of $100. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited.
