This newly renovated beach style home is everything you'll need for that perfect holiday. Its located only a few minutes walk from Carrickalingas celebrated beach as voted by Lonely Planet.

An ideal house to bring the whole family as there is plenty of room throughout, In addition to the main house is a large converted studio/bedsit which is a fabulous area for children to enjoy their own space but yet close enough to the main home.

Entertaining couldnt be made easier with a gorgeous undercover outdoor area with direct access to both the kitchen & living & a fabulous indoor/outdoor breakfast bar.

The main house comprises of a open plan kitchen & dining with a separate living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & laundry, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout & ceiling fans.

The studio/bedsit has one large room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower in bath, wc & washing machine & reverse cycle air conditioning.

In the surrounds enjoy the tranquillity that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles.

Carrickalinga Bay is a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is squeezed between the hillside and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand. It is a very popular beach for families because of this. There is access to beach walks -short or long. Take stroll along this magnificent beach, and on past the sand dunes for a coffee at the Normanville beach cafe or just sit back and relax.

Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular for this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 5 minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse and restaurant, enjoy a game of golf. Then sit back for a relaxed lunch or dinner. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.
