This is a newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment with big bathroom and kitchen.
3 double beds, and one sofa beds can comfortably suit max. 10 people.
A big plus to have 2 toilets 2 bath rooms in this apartment.
The dining area is huge and still have enough moving space after putting many luggage
Exceptionally clean and quiet area but still very convenient location
Located near to Jordan, Kowloon & Austin MTR Station, you will have an easy access to any place in Hong-Kong within 15 min.
From Kowloon station you can reach airport directly by airport express within 30 mins
You can also check in luggage & get early boarding pass (within the same day) there as well
The building is very close to Canton Road & shopping malls in Tsim Sha Tsui
You can find all famous brands there with around 10-20% cheaper than all over the world
Also the Temple street is only 5 mins walk. This is a very local market with lots of restaurants as well
This apartment is equipped with all the amenities such as big screen TV, Wifi,refrigerator, water heater, air conditioning, washing machine
Electricity, Water and Gas are all inclusive
Security: 24 hour security patrols plus 1 password gate and 2 doors.
Hygiene: consumables are changed before every new check-in; rigorous disinfection are in place
The pattern: With separate kitchen, cooking, separate bathroom.

We were happy with the flat. It had everything we needed. However, it was in a different location to the one advertised. The double beds were quite small and the drains gave off a bit of smell but I would happily stay again.
Stayed for 6 nights. Appreciated Eddy sorting shuttle ($350hk) to apartment as would have struggled to find the hotel. Address on confirmation website and actual address was different. Had made decision on approximate details but overall it wasn't to inconvenient. Apartment details were correct as far as layout. Stayed for 6 nights.Beds were quite small and anyone around the 186cm mark would have to lay on angle (which is what I had to do). Bathrooms and showers didn't drain properly and within 30sec you were standing in a big puddle in shower. Bit gross. Couch was broken at back so propped up with leaflets from apartment. Didn't feed this back to Eddy so he might want to fix these things. Lock on the door jammed and we were unable to get out of apartment for three hours. Not entirely Eddy's fault re length we were locked in as we hadn't got a sim card. Bit of creative app downloading and I was able to ring Eddy who came down and let us out. Disappointed the lock wasn't fixed on our return and I ended up taking it apart and removing damaged springs. Worked sufficiently after this.For us as a family we thought the location and apartment allowed us to be immersed within the community which was our plan. Food outlets, groceries, location to mtr and jordan/nathan streets as well as temple street markets were all within 5-10min walk. Plan was to do a lot of our own cooking but the access and cost of food mean't we really didn't need to use kitchen. Overall thoughts...It's one of those situations where just that little more attention to detail and pitching/setting up the apartment at what the customers would want as opposed to what is satisfactory would change things to a higher result. The shell/location of the apartment is great it just needs a little more effort to bring up to a great standard. You wouldn't be disappointed staying here but if Eddy adopts these recommendations it would be plus across the board. Thanks. Dunc, Tarn, Cal and Cam
