Thank you for considering us for your stay in Seattle. Our townhome is located on a quiet residential street in the lovely Ballard neighborhood. This spacious unit has a comfortable, open layout.

It comes equipped with all you need for a great stay. Downtown Ballard, the locks and Golden Gardens are a short walk away with many cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There is a supermarket just one block from the front door.

We want your stay in Seattle to be extraordinary. We are a family run real estate brokerage (headquartered in Ballard) offering our own properties as high quality short term rental properties in the Puget Sound area. Our vision is to provide an exceptional level of service.

About John Manning

Hi, we're John and Liz! A little about us: we met in the south of France where we lived for several years before relocating to Seattle in 2000. John is Irish and speaks French, Spanish and Portuguese. Liz grew up on Bainbridge, a beautiful island in the Puget Sound. Our interests are varied: we're musicians, motorcyclists, fishers, hikers, skiiers, bikers, climbers, kayakers, entrepreneurs, sustainable farmers, gourmet foodie locavores, dog whisperer wannabees, wilderness lovers. We practice meditation and yoga and do our best to parent our wonderful four year old.

Great location!

This comfortable townhouse was perfect for our extended family for our trip to a family wedding in Ballard. We could walk to everything we needed, groceries, cafes, restaurants. The bedrooms on two floors with the living space between worked perfectly for us. If you stay here don't miss the fun Sunday farmers market on Ballard Ave.

Ideal location for charming neighborhood

This is a great home base for relaxing, eating, and shopping in Ballard. Only a couple of blocks to many restaurants and a great Sunday farmer's market. Very helpful owners.

The beds were a little too firm. Good value for price.

Parking kinda tight but landlord was very friendly helped with it. They made sure all was very welcome to the property. House comfortable.

Quiet, spacious, excellent location

Great spot with plenty of room for a family only a block from the grocery store and fine coffee shops. Tough to beat the space and location. Property owner quickly responded to and solved a minor internet issue. Beds a little firm for some in our group., but we would stay here again.

Great location in Ballard

This was a great townhouse for our family. We stayed here for a wedding at the Hotel Ballard and could actually walk there from the townhouse. The grocery store is a couple blocks away as are a ton of restaurants. We went to the Ballard farmers market on Sunday and visited the locks. There was plenty of space for our two granddaughters who loved the bathtub. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Good choice for a family who can manage steps, as there are several levels.
