Beautiful, clean condo in a well-maintained property. Great location with easy access to everything

Perfect for our multigenerational family of five ages 3-75. The lagoon and pools were perfect for our afternoons/evenings after sightseeing activities around the island. Beach toys, snorkeling gear and beach chairs were fabulous additions. We would highly recommend and stay in this unit again. Please note that this unit looks down at a parking lot and across an empty field to Aulani but we didn’t care. We just enjoyed the warm, fresh air of Oahu from our lanai!

Great vacation despite some shortcomings

We always love coming back to the beach villas at Ko’Olina every year and this unit did not disappoint. The 2-BR layout was more cozy since the unit was in the corner of the building. But we didn’t mind because we could hear our kids in the other room and get to them quicker. Also, the partial view of the beach and parking lot/Aulani provided just the right amount of privacy that we crave. We were able to enjoy some beautiful sunsets out on the lanai while also seeing sunrise in the bedroom windows. We’ve historically booked units facing into the quiet pool and while we enjoy meeting/greeting neighbors, the routine gets old quickly. On that note, I was surprised this unit was advertised for 6 people since the sofa in the living room did not have a pull-out bed. Luckily our kids are young and small and didn’t mind co-sleeping with us. Parking was also a bit of a hassle since it was a tight spot and underneath the other beach tower. One day, they were maintenancing some pipes directly in front of our spot and we had to use guest parking outside until they finished (after 7pm). If we hadn’t left so early in the morning, our minivan might’ve been stuck there all day. A courtesy call from security would’ve been appreciated. Also, the trash chute was directly across the hall from our front door and there was a day when the entire fourth floor and elevators just stank. We suspect some kind of spill that required carpets to be shampooed. There were chemicals and loud fans out in the damp hallway all day, and again, no notice or call from the ground’s people. Lastly, we paid extra for a late check-out and for some reason that info was not forwarded to security. Fortunately, I had my phone handy and was able to pull up email confirmation of my transaction thru VRBO and correspondence with the property manager, which cleared up the whole mess. Definitely an unneeded moment of panic/stress on my vacation. Regardless of all the shortcomings (which were beyond the control of the owner), we still had a great vacation and look forward to coming back again soon.

We had a wonderful experience at your property! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs in every way. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The property was breathtaking! We are already looking forward to another visit to Ko Olina!!!!

Wonderful oasis!

Description was accurate, place was immaculate, staff very friendly. Room provided beach equipment which was really handy. The beach was quiet enough that it felt that we were at a private beach. The resort is expensive but if you can afford it, it's one of the top places to stay on the island. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Loved this condo!

Loved this condo, very well maintained, well furnished, comfortable beds. perfect layout for us, made it feel like we both had our privacy. The pools were awesome. The only down fall was the garbage truck came at 5:45 AM Sunday morning and was very loud for 20 minutes... The under ground parking was in another building and the furtherest spot there possibly could be, among being a very small spot, we asked at the desk if we could have an out side spot and they would not allow us to do so. I would for sure stay in this condo again, we loved it and spent a lot of time relaxing on the Lani, this is truly Hawaii at its finest, can't wait to go back
