Upscale house situated at a sea water canal with a gorgeous view of the Caloosahatchee River, surrounded by other villas and old palm tree gardens. House is built on a 1300 sqm corner plot. One side is the entrance to the canal, the other side goes towards the river itself and then to the Gulf of Mexico. You have a view to the Cape Coral Bridge and all its beauty especially with the night lights shining on the water. Accommodations include large lanai with infra-red sauna, outdoor kitchen, pool with spa and waterfall. The house has the split floor plan with the master suite on one side of the living area and the other two bedrooms on the other side. The large boat dock offers you the possibility of enjoying sunbathing, the fantastic sunrise over the water, or renting a boat, or perhaps you want to pull a big fish ashore.
No other house on the web site offers such spectacular river views and such easy river and Gulf access. Ask about bikes,fishing poles,inflatables for the pool, etc at no extra charge. Need any extra accommodations please do not hesitate to ask.

Views and location. Many homes say waterfront but you are many times looking at homes across a skinny canal. This home has the real views.

This property was very nice and well maintained. The property owner lives across the street and was more then helpful the entire time of our visit. Our family used the trip as an early Christmas present and it was worth every second! We need to schedule another trip just to do the things that we were unable to do this time down. We would recommend this property to anyone!
House is very spacious with all the comforts. Great kitchen with all the supplies. Pool with lanai was a huge hit with our two granddaughters who could have spent all their time there. Lots of inflatables and toys provided for the kids. Tiki bar overlooking the river great place to relax in the evenings.
Win Dixie close by for groceries. Also super restaurants within walking distance. Public beach at Yacht Club (5 mins away by car ) is well suited for families and also has a lively bar/restaurant right on the beach. Very easy to get to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel.
Owner Dave couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Always available whenever we needed him. He even took us out one afternoon on his boat!

We could not have been happier with the house, the value, the weather, and Walt & David. Better than pictured and so restful. A wonderful experience and one we will do again. It was close to everything. Really enjoyed Ford Edison museum, Wicked Dolphin Rum distillery tour, the Dek, Sanibel Island, Ford's Garage, yacht club, etc. No shortage of great bars and restaurants.
Haben mit der Familie (Kids 5y+7y) 10 sehr schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist ist sehr geräumig, in gutem Zustand und Voll ausgestattet. Es fehlt in diesem Haus also nichts an Equipment. Die Küche ist z.B mit allerlei Gewürzen, Kaffeefilter Kaffee usw. ausgestattet. Sehr praktisch, da man in der Regel diese Grundausrüstungen immer neu kaufen muss und in den USA nur in grösseren Mengen bekommt und somit nach 1-2 Wochen entsorgt. Genügend Badetücher für den Strand sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt über ein gutes und stabiles Wifi. Für Ausflüge ist das Haus ideal gelegen. . in 3 min. ist man auf der Bridge nach Ft. Myers. 5 min. in den Jacht Club und Strand von Cape Coral. 10 min nach Tarpon Point. Sehr schöne Anlage mit Boardwalk und gutem Restaurant. 30 min. für Sanibel und Miromar Outlet.
Genial ist die grosse teilgedeckte Terasse und der Poolbereich . Es gibt genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und eine Infrarotsauna, die aber mit den April Temperaturen keinen grossen Sinn macht! Der Pool ist sehr gut unterhalten und sauber ( es kam während unseres Aufenthaltes 2x eine Reinigungsfirma vorbei, die eben reinigte und kontrollierte). Für die Kinder gibt es genug Wasserspielzeug das vorhanden ist. Am Abend kann auch ohne Probleme draussen gesessen werden, da die ganze Poolanlage mit einem Screen abgedeckt ist. Da haben die Mücken also keine Change. Ein toller Platz ist die Tiki Bar beim Dock. Da das Haus direkt am River liegt, kamen auch mal Delfine auf einen Besuch vorbei:-). Die Bettmatratzen sollten kurzum mal ausgetauscht werden. Dies ist der einzige Punkt, den man hier als nicht optimalen Punkt anbringen muss.
David der Eigentümer des Hauses wohnt mit der Familie vis a vis. Wir wurden perfekt von Ihm betreut. Wenn was fehlte oder man nach Infos fragt, David hat die richtigen antworten. Damit wir nicht selber ein Boot mieten mussten, hat uns Dave einen Tag mit seinem Boot die schönsten Plätze rund um Sanibel und Captiva gezeigt. Thanks Dave. It was amazing.

A beautiful home with panoramic views of the river and bridge to Ft Myers, Florida. Property has great access to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel as well as the local beach in Cape Coral. Spend your day at the beaches or enjoy the private, heated pool and spa with waterfall. In addition to the famous beaches, local attractions include The Shell Factory in North Ft Myers, antique shopping in Matlacha on Pine Island, the Big M Casino Boat, boat tours out of Pine Island to the nearby islands such as North Captiva, Useppa Island, Cabbage Key, great shelling at the state park on Cayo Costa Island. Or rent our boat and tour the islands yourself. Enjoy fishing from the dock or go for the big ones while deep sea fishing. Enjoy para sailing at Ft Myers Beach. Take time to enjoy the culture at our many playhouses such as the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre or the Barbara Mann Theatre at Edison College.

We may require a $250 non-refundable pet fee if applicable. Please keep pets off all furniture and out of the pool as the hair clogs the pool filters or additional cleaning charges may apply. We love dogs but not all other tenants do so we have to be extremely clean for this reason. Use ONLY non breakable glasses/plates around the pool area. Electric is included in the price to a point which exceeds normal operation, however, if the electric goes beyond normal, we are allotting for $12/day, the difference will be taken out of the security deposit.
Propane for the gas grill will be filled if needed for the guest at no charge.
