The River View Apartment Pimlico is located in the hear of London, with walking distant to many London Landmarks: Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain, London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, St James park etc, this newly renovated spacious two double bedrooms apartment, bright and airy, in the heart of the London, Westminster, Zone 1, next to the super class knighthood of Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia. Apartment offers amazing direct views to River Thames from any room in the apartment and the terrence.While having your breakfast /dinner, you have direct view to Thames River, is like icy on the cake adds extras for your London experience.

Location is everything, apartment is located in the heart of the London, Westminster, Zone 1, in a very quiet residential area. Great transportation around, within 8 minutes walking distant to Pimlico Tube station(Victoria Line) and 10 minutes to Victoria train&coach station. It is easy to get there from any airport in London. 30 minutes by Gatwick Express from Victoria to Gatwick Airport. London Airport bus services all to/from Victoria. 15 minutes walking to Parliament Square, Big Ben. The closest Bus(No 24) stop is just 1.5 minutes walk and a very short journey by Bus 24 takes to many tourist location, without paying huge fare to Bus Tour operator. London Bike station is right in front of the building, you can hire a bike to tour around the City.

The apartment is right in front of the Thames River, has great access to river side, Battersea Park( right on other side of the river). A playground is also right next to the building, offers great amenities for exercise, walking or taking your children out.

1.What is the total cost to rent your property during that time period with all fees and taxes included?

Please see the quote send to you, include taxes and all fees etc, £200 damaging deposit is required.

As new regulation, HA/VRBO starts to charge service fees to travellers, We are happy to take booking directly, we accept payment by most credits.

2.What are the cancellation policy and fees?

No any cancellation fees if cancelling before 90 days, 15% of the total cost apply within 90 days

Cancelation between 90 - 14 days, we are happy to issued any payment made as credit for future booking with any of our apartment, subject to availabilities, the different at price will apply.

Cancelation within 14 days before arrive, no refund.

4.Does the apartment have air conditioning or fans?

Very quiet, hardly hear anything from the neighbour & street, no one complained, please read the reviews.

6.Does the King bed break into two beds? I am a little confused by how it turns into two singles?

Yes, this a hotel contract linked king size bed, can slip into two single beds.

7.What time is check in and check out?

Check normally is 3pm, normally can be check in as early as 1pm, but we offer luggage storage service at my office (SW1V 2ER very close to Victoria train station, where you can store your luggage if the apartment is not ready for early check in. We will try to arrange it ready asap. Sometimes, we do have guests, who leave as early as 5am. In this case, the property can be ready in by 10am.

You can check out any time, when you leave, only need to leave key at the table, close the door behind.

8.Will somebody meet us at the apartment upon arrival to provide keys or are there other procedures in place for this?

Yes, property manager or the housekeeper will meet you there

9.Is there a local contact person/property manager that we deal with?

Yes, the property manager is based at our reception room at 10 Denbigh street, SW1V 2ER during the office hours.

10.Are there staff in the lobby of the building?

Not in the same building, but close by Reception room mentioned above.

Spacious & Comfortable

Apartment is quiet & spacious. I chose this apartment for the view, it was better than I expected. Excellent restaurants in close proximity - especially the coffee shop on Lupus street, close to the tube which made a variety of daily activities a breeze! The apartment is comfortable and worked well for our family of 3. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great view & great Apartment

We are family of 4, had great 5 nights at this wonderful apartment, comfortable beds, great location, great space and wonderful view of Thames River. Kitchen is fully equipped, the open plan of the living-room and kitchen is great. I truly enjoy preparing the breakfast and watching a News on the TV. Well recommended to anyone wants a truly London experience!

I was not impressed with this property at all!

I was not notified before travel on how to access the property thus we arrived not sure how to enter. I found later that an email message had been sent but i did not have wifi ability. When we arrived at around 6 we found someone there cleaning. This was supposed to be done by 3 but he described how he had been out late to a party so he didn't get up...he was not able to turn on the dryer without our help so the sheets were not dry, there were ants on the countertop under the coffee pot, dirty dishes in the cupboards and not bag in the trashcan, the towels were stained, and paper garbage from the previous tenants was left where it lay. To top it all off, the second day when we returned we discovered that the management had been in the apt and taken a couch and a bed from the unit, moving our suitcases in the process.

When I complained about the property not being ready for us they said well nobody likes to work on a Sunday, when I complained about entering the unit without our knowledge I was just ignored.

I would not recommend this site or this group.

Not as depicted

Apartment was a disappointment because it is not accurately depicted. The view is fantastic but the apartment is at best average. The furniture is substandard with one couch with a leg bent so did not use. The other couch is well used and sags. One bedroom has a dresser with a leg missing and is propped up with a stack of books. The refrigerator was not clean when we arrived which could have been just a one time oversight. We would not stay here again and so do not recommend.

Quiet block and neighbourhood, central to most things we wanted to see.

We had a great stay here in May. Zoe picked us up at the airport which was much easier than trying to find a taxi or take the tube with all our luggage. She was also very helpful with local information-advising us to get Oyster cards, showing us where to catch the bus, how to get around the main routes, and with hints on where to shop or find destinations. We had a lovely view out our living room window of the Thames and the bridges lining up westward. Looking out the window the other direction we could see the top of St. Paul's and the London Eye, so we felt right in the centre of things. It was a perfect location for us-good old Bus 24 took us nearly everywhere we wanted to go. For the rest we were close to Victoria Station. Even the weather was perfect during our stay, although we tried to take credit for that, insisting we brought the sunshine with us. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in London.

Fabulous View

The views of the Thames River and surrounding London are breathtaking especially at night! This was the best attraction to the apartment. We chose this location because of its close proximity to the Chelsea Flower Show which was blissfully within walking distance. The neighborhood is not centrally located to popular London sites. Traveling to these sites require bus #24 and a subway from Victoria Station (HINT: learn about Oyster cards). The neighborhood is not tourist oriented. However, close by is a great Spanish Tappas restaurant (Goya), a tasty Italian deli and small grocery store. The apartment itself is spacious for two. Taxi drivers always asked us why we picked this area. Our answer was always the same, "The View"!
