Looking to stay in and cook while on vacation? Our kitchen is stocked with every cooking pot or utensil needed to whip up your meals, dishes are tucked away inside beautiful maple cabinets, granite counter tops complete the chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. Located right in front is the chic dining table-set to accommodate six seated guests.

The master bedroom, with private entry to the balcony, is furnished with a king bedroom suit, 32? high definition TV and a blue-ray player for the enjoyment of movies late at night. You’ll get a wonderful night’s sleep in this king-sized bed after a day of beach fun, so you can wake up refreshed and do it all over again! The large attached master bath includes a double vanity, separate shower and a luxurious jetted tub.

The second bedroom, which adjoins the hall bath, includes a queen bedroom suit, 32? high definition TV and DVD player. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed set which is a twin over full bed and also has a TV and DVD/VCR combo player. For your convenience there is also a washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony overlooks the courtyard center with an interactive fountain. You also get a view of Rosemary Beach and the ocean.

It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach down shaded pathways, or simply call the free beach shuttle for a ride to the beach!

Access to the beach is run through Sunset Beach and that is located down the street and across from the 15 foot Life Guard chair. The Village includes family restaurants, an ice cream shop, boutiques and bike rentals. We are just steps away from Rosemary Beach with additional restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Explore the 19 mile bike path that runs directly in front of the complex and extends all along Scenic 30 A. It takes you to several beach communities including Seaside, Watercolor, Watersound, and Seagrove. Along the way enjoy the shops, art galleries, restaurants, state parks, concerts and festivals that make 30A such a unique vacation destination.

We have stayed in this area 5 times before usually in homes in the surrounding community and this year we decided to rent this awesome condo in the "Villages of South Walton". It was clear after 5 times to the area we got it right on the 6th visit, what a great unit!Third floor no one above us, close to the elevator and on the end of the building so very private and quiet. The overall complex really added to the trip everything you want is on property; bike rental, sundry store, liquor store, ice cream, restaurants, shops, beach stuff it's all there. We went with 5 other families all staying at the Villages complex all units were nice but I think we hit the jackpot with our condo. The walk to the large lagoon pool and condo pool were very easy, we love the new tram service to the beach no more calling and waiting for the tram to come they were stationed right next to the community pool. We will book this condo every time we come back to Seacrest Beach and someday hopefully we buy one there but until then this is our unit. One last comment, Patty was so great to work with for our reservation, she had all the information we could ever ask for and checked on us throughout the week, she was SUPER!.

Many changes in south walton

We have been coming down to walton for years and stayed everywhere!! It has changed greatly, but our village remains the best spot. Our family enjoyed the new pools and laid back atmosphere of the village(again). Eating out every night is easy because we were surrounded by great food! The condo was perfect for us and very clean. We highly recommend it!

Loved the condo and location, but......

We loved the condo and the location was perfect in Seacrest. But, there were several things that could be improved.

First, the code that was given to us to get into the key box was wrong. We tried several times, then after looking online at the website, and digging into different "pages", we finally found a contact number to call. The code that was given was not the correct code, so she gave me the correct code and we were able to get the key.

On our second night, after having a fun night in Rosemary, we came back to all watch a movie together, and not one TV in the condo would work! We tried everything we could to get the tv to connect, but no luck. Very very disappointing. The owner of the condo told me that she would give us some refund for this happening to us, but so far, no refund has come through.

In the master bathroom, the left sink would stop up if you ran the water for more than 3 seconds. And the shower head tiny and very old, so the water came out in a small amount with not much pressure at all.

We had a great time, and once these few things can be taken care, it will be a 5 Star experience.

Overall happy with the condo and location.

The master door will lock but it can be pushed open and the master bathroom door cannot be locked. Otherwise good. There is a need for better communication on checkin and check out.

Not clean and very hot!!

We arrived at 5:30 - hour and a half after checkin time - and nothing had been cleaned. Patty sent someone to clean and they said they stripped beds and cleaned, but it was a 5 minute clean. Floor sticky and bedding was thrown together.

I mopped myself. The worst part was the air would not go cooler than 75. Called and text patty several times over 7 days and it remained stifling hot the whole trip. Very disappointed in everything, except the location. Also told to have dinner while they cleaned, since we had travelled all day and the place was not ready, and they would take care of it, but we have gotten no response since sending them a receipt. We waited until the very last minute to leave a review just to see if we could get a response - we do not like to leave negative reviews.

You are correct and we do agree that the HVAC ( heating and air unit ) was not working and thus made it terribly hot inside. The cleaning crew was cleaning when you arrived at 4 and they are sorry about that, but Peaden ( the hvac company ) was also working at that time to fix the unit before your arrival. They did "band-aid it" to cool off the condo at that time, but it inevitably did result in a unit change out after your checkout.
