The apartment includes one assigned parking space, as well as Air Conditioning, wifi and basic cable tv. Sheets and towels are provided, as well as all pots, pans and cooking utensils so you can prepare meals at home in the fully functional kitchen.
There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room which will comfortably sleep two. Upon request, a single airmattress can be provided, ideal for small children. There is also a portable baby crib/cot in the apartment which can be used for babies and toddlers.
Please note: stays less than 14 nights will be charged a $75 cleaning fee, and all bookings are subject to 11% Florida tax.
