|Minimum Stay||2 - 3 nights|
Located just 2 miles from downtown Flagstaff and even closer to Northern Arizona University in the newly developed subdivision of Pinnacle Pines. This townhome has much to offer including a green belt in front and behind the property. The town home has been tastefully decorated and includes all the necessities you desire for a brief or extended stay. The pristine town home has WiFi, complete kitchen, cable TV in every room, and two back decks. The minute you arrive you feel relaxed and right at home.
If skiing is on your agenda, Snow Bowl is within 20 minutes. If nature is your calling, just step outside and enjoy miles of national forest.
This is a fantastic town home with lots of privacy. Did we mention the greenbelt in front of and behind the property? Each bedroom has its own master suite bath. This is definitely a plus for privacy and comfort. The upgraded kitchen, open floor plan, and welcoming back deck make this the perfect mountain getaway.
We had a wonderful stay the month of July 2016. The place exceeded my expectations from the moment we arrived. It is very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. I particularly liked the location because it is only a couple minutes from downtown but the neighborhood is extremely quiet. There are very nice retail amenities nearby as well. This is definitely a great place to stay!
Home was exactly what we were looking for to help celebrate the new year! Had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Everything was working! The property management company was super friendly and super easy to work with. Would definitely consider booking again for future visits.
Ignore the previous review, the property was clean and a nice place to stay. Property manager was easy to work with and very accommodating. Although, I will admit that the kitchen does not have much in terms of cooking supplies but you can get by to cook some meals.
Wow, we had a ball! Lots of room and fully loaded. No need to bring in anything - just your personal items. Hiking, biking, golf, shopping, close to downtown Flagstaff. We highly recommend this townhouse. Our friends came to visit from San Diego and it was difficult for them to leave. Stay here, you will be very pleased.
The town home itself is very nice, our issue was that when we arrived the home was not adequately prepared for us. 2 out of the 3 beds were not made, there were no towels in the bathrooms, wet sheets in the washer and sheets in the drier. We ended up doing laundry and making beds at the start of our vacation. In addition there was a thong underwear in the powder room under the sink, and dead bugs on the kitchen windowsill.
Although this listing states it has a bbq grill there was not one. The property manager did bring one over for us to use. The kitchen supplies are very basic and would not consider this to be a "stocked kitchen". There was no power cord to the tv in the master bedroom. We barely had enough toilet paper to last us the 4 night we were there and only one roll of paper towels and no boxes of kleenex.
If you have little ones that are just learning to walk I would suggest to bring a baby gate as the stairs are rather steep and a baby can easily fall down the stairs and get hurt.
We would have enjoyed our stay more if the home was adequately prepared for us but over the weekend we continued to find little things that were not cleaned or not working properly.
I would be hesitant to recommend this property to friends or relatives not knowing if these issues will be fixed.
