Tucked into a secret corner of Palermo Soho, a garden oasis awaits. The three bedroom house is a study in contrast—rustic chic meets modern sleek in a charming home that will forever change your expectations and keep you coming back for more.
It’s impossible to decide which is more beautiful, the indoor or outdoor parts of this home, but let’s start with the inside for forms sake. Laid out in an open plan style, the kitchen and dining room are cozy yet functional—modern appliances and updated cabinetry lend sophistication, contrasting coyly with the heavily grained wooden door frames and brick and rafter ceilings. A wall of mirrors creates the illusion of depth, and after several glasses of wine would make for some very interesting dinner parties. The living room is dominated by a massive cream colored couch, which instead of facing the traditional flatscreen, opens onto a beautiful bricklined patio. Upstairs you’ll find the bedrooms, each with their own balcony and a bed you’ll find hard to climb out of. Sneak downstairs into the basement screening room to cozy up for a movie or just relax.
To complement the interior, the outside space of this house is just as beautiful. The ground floor garden is a paradise, with a lovely private dipping pool (hard to find in Palermo Soho) and plenty of space for lounging. And it doesn’t stop there - you can even go upstairs and tan on the terrace or, at night, if you feel like watching the stars have a dinner there with your friends. What more could you wish for? This is your one and only.
One of the most desirable neighborhoods of the city, Palermo Soho boasts beautiful tree-lined streets and charming architecture. Spend the day exploring the endless assortment of boutiques and outdoor cafés. After the sun sets, be wined and dined by some of the best restaurants and bars in the city as there is something for every taste.
