Named in honor of the Greek god of thunder, Zeus chalet is a veritable Olympus for skiing aficionados. Situated close to the main street and the Sunnegga Express base lift, the spacious Zeus Penthouse is on the top floor of a recently built chalet with an unmatched view over the Zermatt village rooftops dominated by the Matterhorn. Enjoy the modern elegance with rich wooden and leather accents at this magnificent abode in the sky!
A superbly equipped, designer open plan kitchen sits adjacent to the contemporary dining area with a big wooden table and generous seating for six. The large living area features a wide, wood burning fireplace, leather sofas and subtle lighting. Firewood is included. All these spaces open onto a wide south-facing balcony with unmatched views of Zermatt. Getting up to this penthouse suite is a breeze with lift access. You will also discover a flat screen TV, DVD player, computer and Wi-Fi access for your day-to-day needs. A ski room also offers optimal convenience.
Zeus combines modern luxury with an alpine feel. All the ceilings feature exposed wooden beams, and their sloping offers a cozy, mountain feeling, while their double height in the living room creates a brilliantly relaxing space. The tall south facing windows are floor-to-ceiling, and thus provide guests of Zeus with permanent panoramas, both night and day, over the twinkling village and its majestic mountains.
Three immaculate bedrooms provide accommodations for up to six fortunate guests at Zeus. Children are welcome. The bedrooms all have sloping, wood-beamed ceilings. They are large and cozy with big panoramic windows. The bathrooms are state of the art.
Enveloping its guests in a lovely and authentic alpine charm, Zeus is the perfect mountain haven for you and your entourage. Located in Zermatt, the most magical area of the Swiss Alps, you and your guests can revel in the soothing embrace of that dream mountain vacation. In the summer, you can indulge in epic hikes and top tier golf. Unwind with a bottle of wine and take in an ultimate Swiss icon—the Matterhorn looming over Zermatt like a quiet sentinel.

The apartment was fitted to a high standard and was very comfortable for a family with 3 kids, also getting to the slopes was easy enough which was important.
The concierge department was excellent also, although we did not need it much it was there.
We had a very pleasant stay at Zeus Apartment in the beautiful village of Zermatt. The apartment is well located, at the end of the main street, close to the train station. The services added form Luxury Retreats are very worthy, they handle and solve very detail related to your stay.
