We had an excellent stay. Greeted and colected at the station we we had a 10 minute walk to the lovely penthouse overlooking Zermatt and the Valley. Well located to go hiking and skiing, and a 2 min walk to the centre. We had our personal chef for the entire stay, who cooked up a number of excellent meals and fulfiled our indeed special requests with a good sense of humour aimed at the 2 kids in our group. When hiking we lost a bit of track, and at 2800M called our host, who uicly gathered relevant info, and gave directions to the nearest funicular station, and we got well down in due time. The penthouse felt spacious, with ecellent views and modern facilities including sauna, spa, etc. All in all, a very enjoyabe stay.
