Overlooking the Pool and Beach - Fantastic Value!
Stay at one of the most well-located, updated, modern, and private buildings along the beach. This beachfront condo has been beautifully upgraded throughout, with new furniture and decor for a fantastic vacation experience.
The master bedroom, with Queen bed and private bath, leads directly out to the balcony, and gives a fabulous waterfront view to wake to. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed, and is located away from the living room area for quiet and privacy. The kitchen is all updated with granite countertops and quality appliances, and is completely stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and kitchenware. Inside, you'll also have access to free WiFi Internet service, free long distance telephone (US only), and a couple of quality beach chairs. There is a full-size washer and dryer inside for your use, and the unit has a private assigned parking space.
The living room area includes a dining area and large screen TV, and leads out to the large private balcony. Relax outside, and watch over the kids in the pool, or just enjoy the incredible views of the beach, and our amazing sunsets!
Our Surf Beach Resort stay was every enjoyable. The facility is in a great location, close restaurants (Middle Grounds Grill and the Waffle house were favorites, both just across the street), shopping and, of course, the beach. The pool area was kept nice and clean, and the staff quickly responded to a minor issue inside the condo. The unit was cozy for two couples, but we weren't spending much time in it anyway, so that it fully met our expectations.
The Surf Beach Resort consists of 30 units, so it is more comfortable than a mega complex would be. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The desk service was terrific, even though we were staying in a condo which they do not oversee. The location is perfect for Treasure Island -- in walking distance to everything you need and directly on the beach. The unit itself has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed our visit so much, we have already booked the unit for next year.
Everything was as the listing said. We had no problem checking in and the staff at the condo were very helpful. Great places to eat and just chill. Itrips contacted me before my arrival which was helpful in getting settled in the condo.Everyone needs a place like this just to unwind at least once a year. Water pressure in the shower was on the light side, but everything else was above average.
We enjoyed it very much. Accurate description and photos, location is fantastic and the condo suited 2 couples perfectly. Itrip was easy to work with. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked almost all meals there in the condo. Great sidewalk to stroll on beach side of the unit. Beach is quite a ways from the condo as shown on the photos. Had a great time.
We stayed for 11 days, and enjoyed most of our vacation in this condo. Loved the location! Loved the pool! Loved being on the boardwalk! Loved being able to walk to most everything you need! BUT, hated the noise! You can hear people just moving their chairs on not only the level above you but even two levels above you. Just don't understand this! Suggestion for the building.........put felt pads under chairs! And the only other issue we had, which is no fault at all to the owners of the condo......people smoking on their patios, which caused us not to be able to sit our on our patio in the evening. And people with no reguard to others, talking and laughing loudly until 2am! However, when I called to complain, the management team you rent from was right on it! The unit itself is nice, but getting a bit tired looking. Some of it is due to cleaners who do not clean very well. Again, no fault of the owners. What I did love was that they gave you two dishwasher cleaners, dish soap and extra paper towels. Some places do not provide even one. My only other complaint is the cable......basic cable on a HD TV doesn't cut it. We could not get internet in the bedroom, but a few days into our stay they updated something and we were able to get service everywhere in the condo. Mostly good, but a few annoying things!
