We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires these conditions:

STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the unit and common areas of the building. Violation shall merit forfeiture of your Security Deposit.

NO PETS allowed.

We will also ask you to supply a copy of your passport or driver's licence once booking is confirmed to be sent to my email for identification purposes which I will submit to the Reception Manager for easier entry on arrival.

We do not want strangers staying in our apartment that is why we need to know and verify our future guest's identity.

The unit is fully carpeted, we would request to put your shoes/footwear on the shoe rack and disposable slippers are provided at the entrance.

Guests staying at the property must never exceed the number of guests confirmed to stay.

Parties/functions or commercial use is strictly prohibited, for domestic use only. Note that this is a residential condominium, respect the residents privacy.

Personal Injury, damage, breakages, theft and loss of tenant's and or property are the tenant's responsibility during their stay.

Damages/breakages, theft and loss of property's contents during the stay is the tenant's responsibility and costs of repair and replacements will be charged unless proven otherwise.

If in the event that you find something within the apartment breaks down we will endeavour to fix it as soon as you notify us.

DEPARTURE: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival this includes washing all dishes and putting them away, any furniture moved during stay is to be put back in its original location, all removal of rubbish from inside the property, removal of excessive smells etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be charged upon surrender/inspection of the unit at the end of stay and/OR forfeiture of Security Deposit.
