2. Penalty for Missing / Damaged Key Card
A penalty of SGD100 will be charged to guests if they have misplaced or damaged our key card.
3. Booking of Apartment for Parties / Gatherings
Out of respect for our neighbours and so as not to cause any inconvenience to them, we do not allow any house parties and social gatherings to be organized in our apartment.
4. Pet Policy
We do not allow any pets in our apartment.
we didn't stay this Accommodation, we stayed in the 101 Beach road (http://www.homeaway.com.sg/vacation-rentals/singapore/tm-qoMKc00E35E),which is in a good location,well accessible for taxis. just walk-able distance from Bugis Junction,near to airport.then problems are like, Bathroom don't have lock, and the glass (plain glass) can be see through. so my child always coming in to the toilet when ever i am in, as he met me after my 7 and half months away for my job,little embarrassing. there is a little bit confusion between the homeaway and the owner and the taxy driver, no one came to the airport to pick,we haven't met the owner, we met the boy who cares the house keeping, he is very good. rest of the things are ok ok. might have got the same which we book, then have got better experience. Bathroom is not convenient for families. ok for Couple who are on Honeymoon.
Reserved the Plaza at Beach Road but was upgraded to the Marina Bay Sails. Exquisite view from the 60th floor. Unit clean and comfortable. Well maintained. At evening time can see a spectacular light show over the Sands Marina from the 44th floor observatory. The housekeeping staff were quite punctual and accommodating. Building is secure and the entire Singaporean people were very hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend these accommodations.
I booked the Plaza @beach road,1 bed premium apartment ,I received a text & email form Mr Tan advising that this room had a issue the air con was not working ,so we had to be moved to alternative apartment at the Bugis on Beach road,I was disappointed as I was looking forward to the river view room.
,I also booked this room as it had microwave for my baby food,and a bathtub.
The Bugis apartment was small,I advised them my requirement for bathtub & microwave
The next day the supervisor arrange a baby bath delivered to our room & a microwave in the kitchen!I was so surprised it was so quickly arranged.My Tan also ensure we got compensated by picking us up form the airport and dropping us off again to the second apartment after the rest 2 days as compensation for the room that we booked not available,we got complimentary upgraded for the last 2 nights at a 2 bedroom apartment at the sails at marina Bay.
This apartments was new,spacious modern ,location near marina ,pools ,great location.WOW more beautiful than ever can be expected
Mr Tan also personally met us on the transfer day to the new place ,Mr Tan was very friendly and helpful ,I will definately will stay at his apartments and his hospitality next time I go to singapore.

A neat & clean apartment of a conscious owner. Spacious in a prestigious building. Building is tastefully decorated and clean. Very good view through wide windows. Metro Station is just at stone throw distance. Quite close to down town and metro stations from where the metros of other route are available. House Keeping on week days is done dedicately and minutely by house keeping staff of the owner. It looks like a new apartment furnished with well maintained furniture. Enough Lighting. Its value for money. Common TV channels are available on the TV one of which is in Lounge and other in Bed Room but if one wishes to see some special channel of own choice or variety of channels than one might have to request owner who happily subscribes for say upto 3 special channels but for more the guest might have to pay little less than S$ 10 per channel.
One of the purpose of staying in apartment instead of hotel is convenience of having food of your own choice and whenever you want specially when staying with family. Though the common feature of convenience store Seven Eleven is on ground floor and remains open till night. But a slight effort is needed to buy daily use items or grocery as the Super Market is slightly at a walking distance. At a walking distance there is small shopping area with many Singapori Restaurants and some shops for variety of items in one Mall/Plaza.
In conclusion a cheerful and comfortable apartment for upto 3 persons with working Kitchen, Cooking Utencils, Microwave, Fridge and some other cooking equipments.
The owner is friendly businessman and who cares for the guests who stay in his apartment.
