Great stay!!!

  • 4 of 5

We stayed at Eric's condo for 5 nights in early May. He was there to welcome us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful! This apartment is in a perfect location!! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Times Square etc. Walk out of your apartment and turn left and you have a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. Could not have asked for more. There is a doorman 24 hours and we found the noise level not bad at all considering the location. I recommend this apartment over a small NYC hotel room any day. The pictures are exactly how it looks. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thank for everything Eric!!

Authentic NYC one bedroom apartment in a perfect neighbourhood!

  • 4 of 5

Friends and I just arrived back home from a fantastic Easter weekend in NYC. Eric was extremely welcoming and helped give great advice on things to do during our stay. The location was ideal for us, as we had plans to visit as far as Central Park and as far south as the Staten Island Ferry ride. Only used the subway once, though it was easily accessible, and enjoyed walking the streets instead!

The street noise didn't bother us at night, as we used the fans provided. The elevators were always quick.

The coffee shop immediately beside the apartment was fantastic, highly recommended!

Will recommend to all of our friends and family.

Excellent place

We were here last year. Eric was extremely helpful with us. The apartment is perfect, is close to differents atractive points, like The Highland or Empire State.

We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Eric!

Great location, wonderful owner

  • 5 of 5

If you plan to attend some shows, this is a great location. So many great restaurants and bars around, convenient access to subway, walking distance to Times Square/Broadway, Chelsea, and the 10th Ave bike path. Eric was super responsive for booking and met us right on time though our flight was delayed. He manages several apartments so verify which one you are getting. We were in a one bedroom, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. There's a functional kitchen (but it's much better to eat out!) and full bath. Plenty warm (steam heat) and window AC. There's a fabulous café downstairs (old country coffee) and convenient grocery, wine shop, etc. all right there. Be aware, this is NYC...the building is in a happening part of town (busy, noisy) and is older (which is charming but also means quirky.) If you need everything to be flawless, get a hotel. If you like to live like you live there, this is a great option. I do recommend earplugs or a noise machine, as neighborhood construction and street noise will disturb lighter sleepers. For location and service this spot is hard to beat. I cannot stress enough how awesome Eric was as a host!

Worth the Stay

  • 4 of 5

A cute & quite homely pad. There was a good ambience to the place; It was roomy& bright. 34 th St can get noisy at night so this the main drawback. Other than that Eric was very helpful& accommodating, the location is VERY convenient in between Chelsea& Hell's Kitchen.

VERY PLEASED!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I visited NYC for our anniversary. This was my first time renting a vacation rental and I was very pleased. We actually did not stay in the studio that we booked, Eric, the manager, placed us in a larger one bedroom apartment. It was charming and comfortable. Eric was extremely helpful and gave us suggestions on places to eat and visit...which by the way, we hit every spot he suggested and loved it! The apartment is very close to a number of sites and restaurants. It is down the street from the Empire state building and the High Line. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Eric!
