About Property Manager
We are a family of four from Rochester, NY
Property Manager purchased this Cottage in 2002
Why Property Manager chose Thousand Island Park
As a child, my family vacationed in the 1000 Islands region. When I was about 13 or 14, my parents bought a cottage in Thousand Island Park. My siblings and I LOVED it. My wife and I decided that we wanted our kids to be able to enjoy this place as much as I did.....so we purchased this cottage.
What makes this Cottage unique
My family enjoys the water. Not only do we enjoy being in it and on it, but we love to look at it. This cottage affords you the ability to do all of them. We spend most of our days boating, fishing, and swimming. If the kids aren't doing that, they are up at the playground with all of the other kids from the Park. At night, we often enjoy the outdoor movie theater. The kids get a charge out of that

Best cottage so far I TIP
We've been renting cottages in TIP for about 60 years as kids & adults and this is the best one so far! Well equipped, roomy, great porch and a great river view. We'll be back!
Perfect Spot at Thousand Island Park
Over the past several years my family has stayed at TIP and by far this cottage is our favorite ! The location is perfect. There is a view of the river from the front porch and it is close to the guzzle, playground and pavilion. This made it great for our grandchildren (ages 8-12) to come and go as they pleased .
The cottage is very clean and has a lot of natural light. The kitchen is very well equiped and roomy. Each bedroom has fans.
The owners are quick to respond with questions and their family in the cottages next door are very helpful.
The internet service is great ( if you must use it-remember you are on vacation).
Hopefully we will return soon !
Wonderful, relaxing experience!
We enjoyed the "Two Doors Down" cottage immensely. Our 11-year old daughter was able to go unescorted to the playground, library, and, of course, The Guzzle (Ice Cream, candy, arcade, etc.) and was able to have a friend stay for a few days. The home furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was our "gathering place" with the island/counter and high stools. Our only regret was that our week ended too quickly!!
Lovely Island Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this cottage. We were amazed at the activities for children. The playground was a 2 minute walk from the door to the left. The St. Lawrence River a 2 minute walk to the right. The family enjoyed jumping into the river from the dock at the Pavilion and also the small beach at the cove. Multiple activities are available a short drive away in Clayton or Alex Bay. The cottage was roomy, beds were comfortable and very clean. A delightful area and we loved the Victorian homes and small streets.
This cottage was one of the best ones we have ever rented in thousand Islands park! It is close to everything, i.e. the water, the playground, the guzzle, etc.
I have rented many cottages in TI park over the years and this one was the best. Very Clean with new appliances AND AIR CONDITIONING which came in real handy for the heat wave of 2013. I think that it is located in the best part of the park. You can see the river from the front porch and is well situated between the main dock and our other favorite swimming hole. There were six of us and all were able to sleep comfortably upstairs. Early risers can get up and start their day without tripping over or waking others. This was better than expected and even prettier than the picture shown above. When we come back, we will try and get this one again. Dogs had a great time as well.
Everything within walking distance. Special events held in the gazebo on the public green. Playground within view of our cottage. Story hours at the library. Supervised sporting activities for kids. Nightly outdoor movies. Shops and boutiques. Wellesley Island Hotel restaurant. Great place for guests of all ages.
