Enjoy a walk, Jog or Bike around Mission Bay Beach (Boardwalk Beach Path goes all the way around Mission Bay Beach) All Bay Activities are right there. Lay in the Sun, Swim or Exercise along this Beautiful Stretch of Secluded Beach. We also provide Boogie Boards, Water Skimmer and Backpack Beach Chairs. At the end of the Day come home and kick back while your grilling on the New Electric Grill on the Patio off the Living Room. The Condo is close enough to Walk To Sea World. San Diego Zoo is just a short 10 Miles Away as well as Beautiful Balboa Park (Visit all our Museums there!)

Just across the street and down some steps to bay. The building is older but kept up fine. The condo is kept very nice and has a homey feel to it. Secured parking is nice. Easy access to highway's for local attractions and restaurants. We were only there for a few days so we just rode our bikes to nearby restaurants and attractions.
The location of this property was ideal. Mission Bay, the beach, local eateries, etc. all within walking distance. We were greeted by Juan, the caretaker, and filled us in on building access, etc AND offered suggestions for tours, attractions, and places to eat around San Diego. This is a great place to visit and we found ourselves falling into the local vibe easily.
One of the top reasons we rented this property was the included bikes. We could not ride them due to poor condition. Fortunately, there are a number of rental vendors close by that offer beach cruisers.
Overall, our experience was great.
The building is old and in need of much updating. The interior halls need repainting and new carpet. Regarding our individual unit overall it was ok but would recommend the following. The entrance door has a dead bolt lock but the door handle/knob, in our case a handle has no locking mechanism what so ever. The unit could be broken into very easily. Recommend replacing the entry assembly with something that also has a keyed lock to match the dead bolt. The sliding doors need to be worked on so they lock more easily. The shades on the sliding doors are difficult to work. The unit could stand some fresh paint .
Overall the stay was ok but not great.
We loved our location on Mission Bay. The property itself could use some updating. Manager was great to provide us with additional supplies we needed. Great location.
This was a great location for our family and provided very comfortable accommodations. The owner was very helpful and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We really enjoyed having the bicycles to cruise around the area. There are great bike trails throughout the Mission Bay area and this proved to be the best way to get around. The unit we stayed in was clean and well maintained, however the condo building is showing its age. We found many good restaurants in the area with happy hour deals while we watched the sun set over the Pacific. I would highly recommend this unit and the Pacific Beach area.
Unit has a good layout and is priced well for a 2 bdrm/2 ba rental in this area. Listing pictures show the good stuff. I'll mention the not so good, most of which is not the landlords fault. Parking can be an issue. I had a newer full size Nissen Altima and it scraped the underside on the drive way to the garage. The parking places in the garage are poorly marked. A heads up before arrival as to finding where to park would have been good. Street parking is almost as bad as San Francisco. The side walk in front has some very uneven slabs and can be a trip hazard. The light bulbs by the outside stairs were all out. The interior of the 12 unit building has not been kept up. Stair well lights were also out.
As for the unit itself the interior door knobs and latches are not in good shape. The twin beds in the second bedroom were unbelievable noisy. Almost a loud crunching noise with any movement. The sliding shower doors in the hall bath room have crud caked on the bottom rail. Should be disassembled to clean. Lack of clear check in / check out instructions in the room. Instead, the manager, Juan, stops by to point things out and answer questions. We did not use the bikes on the patio as the chains were very rusted and likely would not allow for smooth pedaling. Lighting in the living room could be better especially by the desk.
Great Location at 3745 Rivera Dr. 100 yards to Bay Entrance! All Bay Activities just steps away! If you love the beautiful bay you are right there! Sea World 2 miles from Condo. Zoo is about 10 Miles from condo. Great Location!
