RP128 - Ridgepoint Mountainside Chalet - This luxurious 2,150 square foot town home offers ski-in/ski-out convenience to Deer Valley Resort. It was completely remodeled a few years ago. Extremely comfortable and decorated with the finest furnishings, it includes three-bedrooms, two and a half baths, plus a full loft, making it ideal for your vacation. It is a corner unit and much larger and nicer than the standard Ridgepoint town-homes.

Nestled in the mountains at over 8,000 feet, you ski-out your front door on an access trail that leads to the Last Chance and then Success ski runs. Note: This run is a low blue run (intermediate) and is not suitable for beginners. On the way home, take the HomeStake or Carpenter Express chair and then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail and then it is a short three minute walk.

Over-sized windows offer vistas of the mountain resorts while providing spectacular natural lighting. In the summer, hike or mountain bike on the slopes of Deer Valley or Park City, walk to Silver Lake Lodge for shopping or dinner, or enjoy the on-site pool and tennis court.

No detail has been overlooked, including a private 6-person hot tub, two large flat screen LED TV’s with DVD players, new king and queen beds, a 75 gallon over-sized water heater, a gas fireplace and plenty of board games.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes granite counter-tops. If you don't feel like cooking, there are six 5 Star restaurants within a quarter mile or over 40 establishments that deliver.

Spaciousness surrounds the home’s three main levels. The three bedrooms, two full baths, lower deck, and Jacuzzi are downstairs, ensuring that others will not disturb your sleep. The master bedroom on this level includes a king bed and an LED TV mounted on the wall. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom includes a brand new twin over full bunk with a trundle underneath. Finally there is a pull out Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The foyer and a powder room comprise the entrance level. The main floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and upper deck. Couches, a love seat and a large Samsung 3D LED TV with a sound bar are located in the loft. You can easily connect your smart phone or iPod via blue tooth to play your favorite music in the loft and the main living area.

Right outside the front door is a convenient locked covered ski-closet which is large enough to hold ski equipment and gear for the whole family.

Finally, there are parking spaces in the underground garage, additional outside parking in front of the town-home and the free complementary Park City-Deer Valley shuttle stop is a short walk.

We have professional property managers who live in Park City. They will meet you when you arrive. Also, they are available at any time if you need anything during your stay such as extra towels or help with any of the amenities.

This condo was very comfortable for our family of 5.

We have 3 college age kids plus parents. There are nice spaces so we could spread out a bit. Enjoyed the hot tub too. We figured out the ski in- ski out directions and did that each day. Ski out is a breeze. Ski in requires taking off skis and walking on the street about a block or so. Not perfect but not too bad. The local management was very nice and responsive when we had issues...and there were not many. Out biggest complaint was the sheets for the master bed which were 100% polyester and full of static electricity. They did not provide new sheets and they really need to. But otherwise a very comfy home.

Larry and his team do a great job in making a vacation easy and troublefree. The local

Guys are very responsive to your needs and this house is great to ski. Beds are good. Nice dining area. Good tv loft. The ski in ski out is easy but there is one hard turn to navigate. We enjoyed our time and have used Larry the last two years with consistent high quality service.

Nice House in Deer Valley

This is a superb condo in Deer Valley / Park City. The condo is well equipped and very clean. We enjoey the private hot tub as well as the communal pool.

There is a lot of different you can do (Outdoor/Adventure) in Park City / Deer Valley.
