Come on down and relax and feel the sand between your toes in beautiful South Padre Island. This is the perfect place to get away from it all. We are directly across the street from the beach.

Our building consists of 6 condos and they are all 2 bedroom/2 bath with 1100 sq ft. each!

We have a large swimming pool with seating in it and a tanning ledge. We HEAT the pool in the winter. We also have a spacious spa and a pool house that has an outdoor kitchen.

There are no hotels around us, so the beach is not as crowded and the neighborhood is quiet.

We have 2 designated parking spaces for each guest. We are within walking distance to movie theater and Wanna Wanna Inn.

After a long day on the beach, you can watch a movie on our 42 inch HDTV and Blu-Ray player. Or play one of the games we provide or read one of our books.

A washer and dryer are in each unit for your convenience.

Do you need to work from here, using the computer is easy with our high speed wireless internet. Our condos are pet friendly and kid friendly. They are also great for a romantic getaway. Are you setting up a girls' weekend or reunion? You can rent out an entire floor or the whole building and have a private vacation!

All of our condos are the same on the inside, so if one is booked, you can always stay in another one.

None of our condos have an ocean view, but we are located directly across the street from the beach.

About Vicky

We love fishing, diving, looking for dolphins, splashing in the waves, and eating lots and lots of seafood. Our two daughters and dog feel the same way. We can't think of a better way to spend the day, then on South Padre Island.

We love the island and we love these condos! We come to South Padre as much as possible. When we found these condos, we knew they were the right place for us. We looked for the right vacation place for 4 years, before settling on these!

We hope you love staying here as much as we do!

What makes this condo unique

The location is great! We can easily head back to the condo for lunch or just to grab more digging stuff. Then it's just a 2-3 minute walk back across the street and we are there, in the water! We also love walking down to the Wanna Wanna Inn for fried shrimp, cold beer, and good music. When our family comes to visit, we stay in all of the condos and spread out. We get to enjoy being close together without listening to each other snore! We love piling up in the big king size bed for 'movie night' and making pancakes for breakfast with the griddle!

Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. The master bedroom and dining area have access to the balcony. This condo is on the third floor, so there is no one above you and you are above the street noise. Our hurricane rated windows and doors also help keep things quiet inside. There is an outdoor shower behind the building and another one in the pool area. The pool area has a restroom and indoor shower.

Love this property, great location and comfortable

We love staying here. My husband and I have stayed here four times, first on the top floor then three times on the ground floor. It's a great location just right across from the beach access. The condos are all similarly appointed with furniture and fixtures. Very comfortable and we stay for extended periods at a time. The pool and BBQ area are wonderful making those days when the winds not blow a haven for dips in the pool and playing cards. Our dog Trish loves the grassy are in the front, giving her a place to hang out and play. There is a outside shower and toilet in the cabana by the pool, just remember to bring your pool toys. The owners and condo management team are a pleasure to work with taking care of any questions or problems that arise with speed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend San Andres to any family or friends wishing to visit SPI.

Wonderful, wonderful place

We chose to spend Thanksgiving on South Padre. Two couples, late 50's early 60's. This condo was perfect for us. It was a great size, each couple had their privacy and the common areas were a great size for eating and watching movies. The condo is well equipped with almost everything one could want. The outdoor grill area was nice, our steaks were perfect. The heated pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The weather fully cooperated too. We also had our dog with us and there was plenty of room for him as well. There was ample space to walk him.

The condos were quiet. We know there was a family above us, but we never heard them. Access to the beach was quite easy and quick.

The management was very responsive both prior to our visit and when we notified them of a minor problem. They sent maintenance very quickly, on a Saturday.

As stated, there is no ocean view, but it is just a short walk to the beach. Whenever we have the opportunity to return, we will book again. We appreciate the cleanliness, the well appointed decor, the amenities and the responsiveness of the management team. Plus they are dog friendly!

Best place on the island!!

This was our 5th time to stay at San Andres. We love it and would never consider staying anywhere else in SPI.

The condos feels like home, but even nicer! It's right across the street from the beach, which was great since we have little kids. We were able to come back to the condo for quick bathroom breaks and naps with no problem.

It's great to be able to wash our clothes and to be able to put the kids in the guest room with a movie on the DVD player.

Our favorite part is always the pool!! It's amazing and we like to grill out while the kids swim.

The managers are so friendly and accommodating. They do their best to make sure we are having a good stay.
