Sundial D305 is a privately owned one bedroom, one bathroom gulf view condo located in building D on the third floor with elevator in the building. This updated and renovated condo offers a King bed and queen sleeper sofa. This unit offers french doors separating the living area from the bedroom, fully equipped and updated kitchen, Two TV's, washer/dryer, screened in porch with outdoor furniture and high-speed wireless internet access.
This unit also comes with 4 adult bikes and 2 childrens bikes available for your use. Unit also has beach chairs and a beach cart!
This is a weekly minimum property that can accommodate up to 4 people.
****Fall Projects begin 9/6/16 and completion expected approx. 12/16/16. Some buildings will be closed for landscaping, elevators, electrical meters and parking lot work. Workers will be onsite and you may hear project noise. No discounts or compensation will be provided.****

The condo was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed time in the morning and evening just sitting on the lanai. The access to the storage shed with all the beach equipment and the bikes was a great plus. We enjoyed a great bike ride around the island! The only reason we would not give this unit 5 stars was because the wifi signal and cell signal was very weak and intermittent. Someone who needs to work while staying there would have a problem. We come to Sanibel on a regular basis and this was one of the nicest places we've stayed in. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!!
My husband has been coming to Sanibel and staying at the Sundial for years and has said this is the nicest condo he's stayed in.
We loved that it was updated and modernized. The patio furniture was super comfortable and we had a partial ocean view and four of us could easily gather and chat outside. Inside, the furniture, sofa sleeper, and bed were very comfortable as well. The flat screens and blu-ray players were great! It was super convenient to use the washer/dryer in the condo as well. We loved how clean and organized everything was - plenty of dishes.
We absolutely LOVED the items in the storage locker. The beach chairs were amazing - they had the zero gravity chairs as well as the Tommy Bahama sitting chairs. We were also able to take the bikes out for a ride around the island.
