Gulf view condo, upgraded and has beautiful decor! Located off of Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial O405 is a privately owned two bedroom/two bathroom gulf view condo, located in building O on the fourth floor with elevator in the building.
Offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD Player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened in porch offering outdoor seating. The master bedroom offers king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination and double sink vanity. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, TV and a full bathroom located just outside the bedroom. There is high-speed wireless internet access, tile in the living areas and views of the Gulf of Mexico. Washer/Dryer in unit. This unit has many extras, special attention was done during renovations, and must be seen to be appreciated!

Fall Projects at Sundial WEST will begin 9/6/16 and be completed on or around 12/16/16, weather permitted. Please be advised that some of the buildings will be closed during necessary maintenance projects. Only condos directly impacted will be blocked; however, surrounding buildings will be open and available for rental. Project includes; landscaping, elevator repairs, electrical meter replacement, and parking lot repairs. Please be advised that workers will be onsite during these projects and at times you might here project noise. No discounts or compensation will be provided as these projects are association related.
Our family had a wonderful trip to Sanibel over spring break. We loved the location of this condo and found everything we needed for our week away from home. The main reason we did not give this condo 5 stars is that the beds throughout the home were pretty hard and there wasn't enough sitting room in the area with the television. It made watching tv as a family very hard to do. Other than that, this condo was great!

We were very pleased with this property. It was beautifully decorated, and looked just like the photos online. The den, off to the side of the kitchen and open to the living area, was a nice extra feature, especially with the pull-out sleeper love-seat. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The view included both the pool and beach. There is a restaurant and small convenience store on-site, and a nice walking/bike trail nearby. We would definitely recommend this property to friends.
