Aircon unit sleeps 4 persons and one extra, in fantastic location

Located across the street from Noosa's Laguna Bay, and the boardwalk to Noosa National Park, this Mediterranean inspired resort has the lot. Spend the morning at the beautiful north facing beach, then relax in the resort's heated lagoon pool with beach entrance, or watch the kids in the wading pool. Socialise with other guests while the kids meet new friends in the tropical gardens around the pool. If you don't have young kids, then why not enjoy sitting in a heated spa, or the sauna. Leave the car in the resort's lockup car park.

Building restrictions in Noosa ensure that trees are often taller than the buildings, with the units in this resort nestled into the landscape. A boardwalk starting at Main Beach leads to the entrance of Noosa National Park, where you can sit and watch the surf board riders, or get fit and walk along the paths. The ocean scenery is spectacular, where dolphins and turtles are often seen. Look up into the trees and you may spot a koala. Pathways also lead down to small pristine beaches where you may find yourselves to be the only ones there. Hastings Street is lined with boutiques, jewellery shops, ice creameries and world class restaurants. Book your table in a restaurant which looks out over the sea. Nothing is too far away, with convenience stores in the street. However there are many outlets in the street to book an excursion to places such as Fraser Island, Eumundi markets, Australia Zoo, Noosa North Shore and Underwater World.

Enter the unit via the elevator, or ramps, and steps. Open the large glass doors to enjoy alfresco meals under the protection of a large roof. The balcony's north aspect allows the sea breezes to be felt, with protection from the afternoon summer sun. In winter keep warm as the sun floods onto the balcony and into the unit.

The kitchen is modern with a full size stove and oven, microwave, large family size fridge, and the Meile dishwasher is so quiet you won't know it is on.

Lounge room has leather sofa bed, TV, stereo unit CD player,

Washing machine, drier and iron are provided.

Bedroom one with ensuite has a queen size bed, clock radio with ipod dock. Bedroom two with adjacent bathroom has two single beds. Rollaway bed for extra person, and portable cot.

Access to the unit is ideal for people not wanting to use stairs, or parents with prams.

Great Value for Money

We spent 2 nights in the apartment because we had a wedding to attend. The apartment was just across the road from the reception which made the apartment's location perfect for us. We did not need to use the car for the few days that we were there because everything was at our fingertips. The apartment was exactly as described and was very well equipped with everything that you need. The view of the pool area was lovely and helped make the days relaxing. I recommend this apartment very highly because of its location and price. Louise answered all my questions quickly and was very friendly. I will be back and next time stay longer. Thanks Louise.

Great Position

This unit is perfect for a family of 4-5. Location perfect, big fun pool for kids, right on Hastings St. Loved the big doors on the deck that fold right back, doubling the living space. We would stay here again !

Perfect location, great value

A last minute decision to get away for a short break lead me to this fabulous unit in the heart of Noosa. Perfectly located at the National Park end of Hastings Street, this unit had everything .... and more! It was clean, spacious with all the comforts of home, right down to the bench top espresso coffee machine. The resort complex itself was exactly as described in the owner's overview with plenty of guests enjoying the extensive pool facilities. I'm a sand and surf girl so was excited that the main Noosa beach was just a two minute walk from the unit. After a bit of sun and surf I took the 'long way' home down Hastings Street so I could pick out a restaurant for dinner. That is what I loved about staying here - everything was at my doorstep but it was still so peaceful. Louise the owner was a delight to deal with and genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay. I have already recommended this unit to my friends.

Private but central to all Noosa has to offer

Our week's stay was totally relaxing, having only taken the car from secure parking once! Restaurants, safe patrolled beach, shops, gorgeous scenic walks, small supermarket all in very easy walking distance on the same street as this quiet complex. While Hastings St is a vibrant tourist drawcard, this privately situated,newly renovated, spotlessly clean and comfortable unit is a quiet oasis overlooking a tropically lanscaped lagoon pool. If you choose to self cater for any meals, you will find an extremely well equipped , clean kitchen. In fact this unit is the cleanest I have ever stayed in! This lovely unit gave us the flexability to make our stay just what we wanted. I have recommended it to all my friends. The owner was helpful to us to ensure our holiday was as relaxing as it could be. Prices are also quite competative with surrounding accommodation. We will be back!

Clean, well maintained, great location.

Very happy with this accommodation, everything we needed. Clean, well maintained 2 bedroom property. The second bedroom had an extra fold-out bed for our youngest (third) child. The property was also close to all attractions such as Hastings street shops and restaurants. Beach access just across the road. The pool access was even better than i expected as the property is on the same level. The owner provided great customer service and responded promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends, thank you.

This was one of the most relaxing holidays iv had in years the rooms are clean and comfortable, the resort has everything you need plus the closeness to the shops beach e.t.c means you park your car and relax ,would recomend this place to anyone ..... brillant
