I offer an awesome home away from home. It's a perfect get away for any occasion. Imagine waking up to a gentle ocean breeze coming into the apartment as you enjoy a spectacular tropical beach scene from the comfort of your own bed. Then, enjoying a peaceful breakfast on the terrace with these unobstructed and endless beach views.
This beach apartment has been renovated to include the following: new kitchen with marble counter and glass backsplash, bathroom, queen murphy bed and futon couch/bed, just to name a few. There is also a huge walk-in closet. This apartment is even more magnificent than the photos.
The kitchen is self-contained with many of the luxuries of home; refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner stove top, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.
In addition to the breath taking views on the terrace, you will find a table, chairs, and a couple of loungers for relaxing and soaking in the sunshine. Since the apartment is a non smoking one, the terrace is a good place to enjoy a smoke if that's your bag! I also provide you with quality beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. I take great pride in making my beach apartment an excellent product at an excellent price.
The apartment is located a block north of the Miami Beach area called Millionaires Row and is 12-15 minutes from the excitement and nightlife of South Beach, yet, far enough away to enjoy a quiet getaway. The area is very safe and there are many shops, restaurants, grocery, drug and liquor stores, etc., all within a short walking distance.
From my experience, I believe the quality you'll receive from me will stand out from all others in this price range.
I have great reviews is because I do as much as possible to provide a great beach front apartment at a great price. As a result I have many guests from all over the world who return year after year and recommend this apartment to their friends.
The price advertised includes everything, EXCEPT, a $30 check-in fee at the front desk upon arrival.
I look forward to hearing from you.
This studio is in a nice setting with direct beach access. In addition, it has a lovely view of the ocean. The apartment is fairly modern and in good shape - very clean. Nice to have parking included, but the valet tips can get expensive.
Several things a potential renter should be aware of:
1. The building is somewhat rundown - not in a scary way, just a bit dilapidated.
2. The walls are "thin" and noise in other apartments can be an issue during the night.
3. The balcony is rather odd, in that it is large but, essentially, shared with other apartments. There is a rail between them but when someone is out on their balcony, they can see directly into your apartment and you are sitting right next to them.
4. The tiny kitchen is equipped with only the barest of utensils - no measuring cup, pitcher, etc.
5. The WiFi is not secure and of very low bandwidth.
It's a trade-off to stay here. 2 doors away is a Hilton, where the basic room and parking would come to about the same cost. Obviously, this apt. has a nicer view and a small kitchen but other factors might sway one in the hotel direction,
Great Condo, beautiful view. The unit is clean and larger than the picture suggest. It includes all beach amenities and appliances. Would definitely come back. Casablanca is really cute and Christine is easy to reach! You won't be disappointed!
Our stay just before Christmas was lovely! The appartment interior is high end and clean. With a million dollar view of the ocean, looking through the glass sliding doors/ your spacious terrace with lounge beds, table, chairs etc.. Valet parking is included, driving through Miami is easy and orderly to navigate through even in busy hours. We did not want to leave :) Lots of restaurants in walking distance, Publix, 15 car minutes from the Sea Aquarium, busttours pick you up at The Casablanca. Most attractions are within less than 25 car minutes. We enjoyed the beach every day, the beautiful light emerald colored ocean, the pool.
I needed a place while I was in town for the Adele concert, and the great reviews prompted me to choose this location. GREAT DECISION. Christine was always available for me and answered my questions. I had a voicemail on my phone when I landed in Miami, welcoming me to the city. Her sister checked in with me during my stay. I felt very taken care of. The room was great. I could be on the beach in under a minute. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. As a woman traveling alone, I never felt unsafe. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
We arrived late 9 pm after 7 hour driver and were quite tired. The valet parking (free) was nice.
The Casablanca is an old building and shows its age. The especially the corridors, elevators, unit doors. The condo itself is small, nice, clean with a breathtaking view from large balcony overlooking the ocean and pool.
The place was very clean with towels, toilette paper and box of tissue, two bar soaps, but only 1 travel size shampoo (2 people 3 days not enough) This did no bother us as we were prepared and brought our own but I mention it just in case people expect toiletries.
we did not cook so I cannot comment on the cookware (we were looking for a pair of scissor and found none).
The bathroom is small and could have used a couple of extra shelves. The fan was very loud and could be heard in the room with the door closed. May be a problem in the middle of the night.
Lights are very harsh. The huge balcony was a pleasant surprise, however is right next to the unit next door so we could see inside. The next door neighbor did not use curtains so at time we were feeling a bit uncomfortable sitting in the terrace. Also there was only one usable lounge chair, the other was old and ripped. Having 2 lounge chairs would have be nicer. The same for the beach chairs. We only saw two.
The studio efficiency is OK for 2 perhaps 3 people - There is a futon that takes a lot of room if there are no additional guests since TV is above it cannot be used to watch TV.
The owner contacted us and seemed really concerned about the couple items we reported missing and offered to come by and fix it, but we declined. The annoying part was the very slow internet (wide open w/o a password) that is used by the whole complex.
The location is across the street from a 7-11. The first night we walked looking for a place to eat. I wish the hostess had left some information on the area. This was our first time in Miami Beach so some suggestions would have helped. the 2nd and 3rd night we found some nice restaurants about 1 mile South and 1 mile North. There is also a Publix grocery store about the same distance. There is a small bar inside the complex which is expensive .. (even for Washington DC standard ). The heated pool was nice and well maintained. A gas station (7-11) across the street is very useful to gas up. Overall is was an OK experience.
The perfect getaway place for my wife and I. Awesome views of the ocean from the huge balcony. The Casablanca has extremely easy access to the beach. There is a 7/11 across the street for ice, cigarettes, beer, etc... The owner was extremely helpful and nice. South beach is just a short drive to the bars, shops, and nice restaurants. Thanks for the perfect Miami beach experience.
Close to Airport, South Beach, and Convention Center!
