With hotel mattresses and luxurious 800 king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room will lull you to sleep in comfort. 2 High Definition Flat-Screen TVs, and Wireless internet throughout make this condo the perfect place for a long weekend or a week's stay in the West Coast's most dynamic city.

Secure parking is also available on site, in the basement garage. This Belltown Condominium is within easy reach of nearly all of the downtown attractions, including the museums, sporting arenas and more.
To be clear, A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!
Darik Eaton purchased this condo in 2012
This building is centrally located; close to the Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom, Space Needle and Seattle Center, and Seattle waterfront. We are surrounded by an eclectic urban neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.
Close to lots of great dining options and walking distance to the market and Seattle's best sights! We started our days each morning at Macrina Bakery on-site - GREAT coffee and excellent baked goods -an added plus. The condo was VERY CLEAN and kitchen fully equipped.
This is the first time we have stayed in an apartment while on vacation, instead of a hotel, and we will definitely do it again. I loved having a "home away from home" to come back to at the end of a long day of site seeing. I enjoyed being able to cook in the apartment and not having to eat out every meal. The apartment building felt very secure and the Seattle Oasis personel were very nice to deal with. My only complaint would be the traffic sounds, but if you are from a big city these probably wouldn't bother you. The apartment was well maintained and the kitchen is even stocked with some basic ingredients, like salt & pepper, olive oil & sugar. The apartment we stayed in had a washer and a dyer, along with laundry detergent. Even though our train arrived after midnight, there was a friendly staff member at the apartment building on our arrival to let us in and give us a brief rundown of how things worked. The apartment building is located in walking distance of all the City Pass attractions we wanted to see. There is a bakery down stairs. I would also recommend the food tour at Pike's Place, and stop by Bedlam Coffee on 2nd for a good latte. I have no reservations about recommending Seattle Oasis to someone looking for a vacation rental!
great Seattle location....close to market, Westlake shopping, LINK and stadiums (2.4 miles per Google maps). Very clean and comfortable
The property was clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for being a tourist. We parked the car when we arrived and walked everywhere.
The condo is clean, well-managed, and in a great location. The owners allowed us to come drop our bags off earlier than check in time due to our early arrival which was a blessing. Vews from the condo are great. We could walk to almost any place we wanted to visit in Seattle. Downside: There is essentially a freeway just outside the windows so there is constant traffic noise to the extent that it can interfere with watching television, at least if you don't want to close every door and window. Not a huge issue if you are not sitting around the condo much anyway, but I would not choose that location again for that reason. We definitely recommend taking the water taxi over to West Seattle and a visit to Alki Beach. Otherwise new visitors should not miss the Underground Tour.
We had a great stay. The unit had a great location and the kids enjoyed the pool. The unit also had - hands down - the best stocked kitchen I've seen anywhere!! Thank-you so much!
Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
