Welcome to Jabel Beach House. Your home away from home! This townhome is stunning with every amenity you may need. It features granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. The truly spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet, private balcony and private bathroom with a jacuzzi. In addition to master bedroom there are two private bedrooms with a queen size bed each. Also, a loft with two queen size beds and a sofa sleeper in living room. All rooms are equipped with flat screen LED TVs,wireless Internet, and cable TV. The living room has open concept and large balcony with views of the ocean. Why Jesus M Saldana chose South Padre Island
When I was a kid, I spent my summers at my Uncles's condominium at South Padre Island. I have the greatest memories of my summers while growing up; I just love this place. We want for our guests to build the best family's memories at Jabel Beach House.
What makes this Townhome unique
From the moment we walked into the house, we fell in love with it. We liked the feel and smell of the sea breeze from the large balconies. The proximity to the beach access made it an ideal place to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast. The large backyard and ample indoor space make it the perfect place for family gatherings.

Great stay - close to everything we wanted!
We were so fortunate to be able to book with Jesus as we were literally only 3 hours away from arrival! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of this condo. Every bedroom was nicely sized, and we liked the separation of each room. And even better was how close we were to the beach and The Palms Café! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for all your hospitality, Jesus!!
This is the second year we have stayed at this property. It is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We had a great time and hope to return again next year.

This is the third straight year we have stayed in the condo and just like the rest of the times it was great. Thanks for again for a great place to stay jesus.
Pros- Beds are comfortable, outdoor rinse off shower and Location (1 min walk to beach access) are the best assets to this vacation house.
We will consider another stay.
A/C did not work!
The property would have been fine if the air conditioning worked. My first clue that there was a problem was a conversation I had with the property owner before my stay. He told me not to set the A/C below 75 degrees because the unit was freezing up. Well…that wasn’t a problem because the temperature wouldn’t get below 77 degrees. Had this been late in the year – no big deal, but this was mid-August in South Texas with heat indices well over 100.
After realizing that the A/C wasn’t cooling and blowing little air, I figured that the unit was probably frozen. I turned on the fan and turned off the A/C to try to defrost it and informed the owner of the problem. He said he would contact a repair company, but nobody ever showed up. A leak developed in the bathroom ceiling from the frozen unit defrosting. The last night was miserable with the temperature rising to 81 degrees by morning.

During the month of March a damage deposit of $1500.00 is required. A maximum of two small pets are allowed. $200 fee applies
