A three unit quiet owner occupied Bldg-Located on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of City. Great Location steps to all attractions. Garage parking available. Blocks to Newbury Street and Back Bay Station. Totally renovation. Property in the South End neighborhood. Some of the top restaurants are located within a 4 block radius. Only two flights of stairs to the unit which is an entire Flr through. The unit has a washer and dryer. Two TV's and wifi.

This one bedroom was a wonderful apartment, complete with everything we needed for a weekend in Boston. The location couldn't be beat, as it was walking distance to great restaurants. There was a parking garage nearby and we also were able to find street parking at certain times of the day. Michael was great to work with... very responsive and communicative.
Everything went extremely smoothly with this rental.
Checking in was very easy, and everything was laid out in a simple and organized manner.
Towels and linens were very clean and comfortable.
All necessary amenities such as wine glasses and any dishes we could need were available.
Easy walk to absolutely everything in Boston.
Phenomenal restaurants within a couple block radius.
Coffee shops, fromagerie, and wine and beer stores all very close by.
The neighborhood is exactly what one would expect from an old style Boston neighborhood.
Michael was absolutely wonderful and accommodating to anything that we needed. One of the best people we met in Boston this trip.
It was a little cold, but I can imagine the rooftop patio to be amazing in the summer!.

We had a lovely time in Michael's apt - beautiful accomadations, very clean and well-maintained, wonderful roof-top terrace, and great location for excellent restaurants, walking, meeting locals and their puppy dogs, and just enjoying the Boston South End "vibe". I would recommend this apt. to anyone, and it was not a negative to us, but if you have any problems with stairs, be aware that there is no elevator.
We found the unit very comfortable and well stocked with the amenities you need. The location is within walking distance of many of the key sites. Highly recommended!
Excellent location near some of Bostons best restaurants. Clean, quiet and spacious apartment with the added plus of a roof terrace - which was well used most evenings. We enjoyed the area and found the walk to the T rail system easy (app. 7 minutes) and only 4 stops into Boston. A great place to stay.
